Complete front-to-back renovation with enlarged bathrooms and kitchen. Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath garden villa just steps from the USA's #1 beach. This unit is adjacent to Pool #2 which is a heated, fresh water amenity on our beautifully landscaped property. Kitchen: Gorgeous open concept kitchen with all the small appliances you need. New windows and doors, porcelain floors, granite countertops, and ceiling fans throughout. Master Bedroom: This en suite bedroom features a king size bed, leather recliner, and 22" flat screen TV. The enlarged master bathroom with Roman shower offers a shower seat and grab bar. The granite top sink has a vanity table and makeup mirror. Guest Bedroom: This bedroom contains 2 queen beds, just right for viewing the 26" flat screen TV/DVD. You are welcome to attach your favorite electronic games (gets the kids out of the den). The enlarged guest bathroom has a tub and shower with grab bar. Living Room: Sit on the sofa, loveseat, or rocker-recliners to enjoy the 51" hi-def television with DVD player. Available for your viewing pleasure: HD channels and On Demand movies. The secure, wireless FIOS Internet capability within this unit is available so you do not have to use your data plan. There are also cordless telephones, an answering machine, hair dryers, split garbage/recycle cabinet, beach toys, and beach towels! Kitchen is well stocked with your necessities including a Keurig! Enjoy the enlarged patio with outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Be sure to check out the owner's other units (#75 and #76) next door. All three units have now been renovated to the same comfortable floor plan with all new interiors. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

Was a great week We book with you every summer and appreciate how well you have kept the property up The only problem we had was that my husband is handicapped I didnt bring shower seat because I remember from previous stay that there was one in the unit already However it was pretty unstable My son disassembled and reassembled it and it was much better but next year I think I will bring our own You may want to take a look at it Thanks for making our stay so pleasant We have already booked for next summer for your unit

We had a wonderful stay at Jamaica Royale Quite the way to end a crazy couple of years and begin a new one The location of this property is perfect to us ocean or heated pools you cant go wrong Centrally located on the key makes either village accessible to dine Hope to see you folks again soon

Enjoyed your condo but

We have stayed in 75 76 or 77 every summer for the past 5 years We always have a wonderful time and feel your condos are very nice We noticed however with this years stay that the mattresses seem to be getting lower in quality My kids stayed in the guest bedroom with 2 queen size beds They tried both and said they were very uncomfortable The one bed they said rolled down into the center which made it uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep in We have booked next summers stay again but are hoping this feedback will provide action in terms of the sleep experience there Thanks for making our family vacation overall a great experience and for allowing us the opportunity to provide feedback for improvement We wish you much success during these difficult times Sincerely Jeanette and Jerry Schlosser

We stayed in the garden villa 77 during the corona virus spring break and we loved it and then they closed the pools and we still loved Everyone one was pleasant and nice but stayed at a distance The villa was perfect for my family of 6 Beautifully decorated and king bed was comfortable It looks old and review_dated but inside they r magnificent and a little over 2000 a week and we had a washer and dryer and went to the beach everyday and used the chairs u can drag out to the beach and u r suppose to bring them back Therersquos a lot of old people and they love children and were so pleasant to 18 20 21 25 yr old kids and my 5 yr old and 9 mo old grand daughters They have sand toys and boogie boards etc for the kids to play on the beach The 3 pools r beautiful clean and the water was warmYou put ur trash right outside ur door under a heavy lid down in the ground I thought that was super cool never seen that and you park right outside ur front door and itrsquos got awning to cover our suburban It was our last high school spring break for my family and I gotta say I love that we found this neat villa to spend the week in I would definitely recommend it and plan to return one day

We loved our stay in Unit 77 The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and master bathroom was beautifully remodeled The couches in the living room were perfect for us at night when we watched some of the Bowl games on New Years Eve Weve stayed in other units at Jamaica Royale and all are lovely but this one really impressed us We cannot wait to return and will definitely stay here
