Newly updated and decorated one bedroom one bath ground floor garden view unit located in the garden/pool area of our beautifully landscaped property. Enjoy any of the 3 heated pools on the grounds or a short walk to our amazing private beach. Jamaica Royale is located within walking distance to the world famous Siesta Key public beach. This community is professionally managed by Tropical Sands Accommodations. The onsite staff will take care of everything while you enjoy this beach side resort-style community. This unit has a strict 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy.

Everything was as promised The front office has been friendly and organized and very communicative with our reservation The grounds are kept up beautifully The location is very convenient and the trolley and the Hopper are handy for transportation Our unit was ready when we arrived And of course the beach and sunsets are spectacular

Very nice condo

Unit 22 has a very comfortable bed nice upreview_dated furniture Seem to be in the middle of theme row about a fiveminute walk to the beach We were very glad there was a cooler with wheels in the unit because we flew in and didn39t want to buy a lot of beach things that we couldn39t take home There are chairs on the beach The beach itself is gorgeous and that is what we came for The town itself seems crowded and expensive Thankfully the kitchen is very wellstocked It was hard to get on the free trolley We waited and several full trollies drove by so we ended up walking quite a ways to the Village which was hard on my husband as he had an injury We used one of the swimming pools it was a wonderful warm temperature Since there are three pools it might be nice if Jamaica Royale designated one of them for families the other two not for children as they can be noisy I would go back again but I would stay in a lower number unit closer to the beach I could not tell that from the listing If you are looking for any cute Bargains at the Village stores you will be disappointed they are quite pricey

Always a great time at Jamaica Royale

I can39t imagine visiting Siesta Key and not staying at Jamaica Royale I first visited 25 years ago and it has held a special place in my heart ever since 3 pools beach access clean units and a beautiful property are some of the reasons that keep me coming back A quick drive or bike ride into the Village makes it an ideal location Can39t wait to visit again

First trip to Siesta Keys and it did not dissapoint From Jamaica Royale 022comfortable and full equipped to the beaches with no hot sand to the waterthat was clear as could be Short trolley ride to the village Restaurants were delicious If I had to change a thing it would have been the bathroom in 022 My husband and I both on seperate occasions hit the handle of the shower door on the inside Once you realized it was there though it was fine Already booked next years trip

First Trip to Siesta Key

This was our fist trip to Siesta Key and staying at Jamaica Royale We will be back actually planning a trip in January and June of 2021 We loved it there the room was clean and upreview_dated the private beach with beach loungers was fantastic The sand is like walking on baby powder so soft and cool Jamaica Royale was like spending a week on a tropical island Can39t wait to go back The location is perfect with short drives to where ever you wanted to gonbsp

Villa was beautifully decorated and clean Kitchen well equipped Bed was comfortable Only downfall was size of shower little on small side Beach chairs and toys on patio for use was nice touch The pools could have been cleaned a little better especially with Covid I would recommend they have someone wipe down loungers and gates etc daily

Relaxing Vacation

We stayed in Condo 22 for a week and will definitely book again This condo was one of the cleanest condos I have ever stayed at We cooked all of our meals in and it had most of the tools utensils to do so comfortably The facilities were well kept they had supplies of hand sanitizer in every high touch location and they kept seating around pools at a minimum Overall we were very satisfied with our stay it allowed us to be on vacation but stay safe and healthy
