Lovely 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Condo. Updated to make your stay pleasant and relaxing with all the comforts of home. Freshly painted (2021.) Games and Puzzles and loads of Beach Reading are provided. The living room features plenty of seating, including a Recliner, comfortable Sleep Sofa, and 42-inch TV (cable provided and USB port in the back if you need it.) DVD player. Washer/Dryer in the unit. Both a Keurig AND regular coffee maker are available. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Walk-in Shower. Free Wi-Fi. We have furnished and stocked the unit with the thought of what would we like to find when we rent a condo. We want you to enjoy your stay.
Patio is only steps away from (1) of the (3) Heated Pools on the grounds. Only a short walk further and you find yourself on the soft white sand of world-famous Siesta Key Beach. Comfortable Lounge Chairs provided at the pools AND the beach. Have fun playing shuffleboard and enjoy easy access to a BBQ area. On-site management makes it easy to get questions answered and any unexpected issues addressed.
Leave your car parked while here and take advantage of the many easy FREE transportation services on the island including the Trolley and Shuttle services. Bike rentals are also available in multiple locations.
This unit has a 7-night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

Clean comfy sweetly decorated and very well equipped Kitchen had all you need and love that the cupboards were labeled Beach and pool toys umbrella etc were great Pools are beautiful and beach magnificent Cant wait to come back

We have been staying at Jamaica Royale for a number of years The accommodations are very comfortable and the beach access is very convenient Our condo has been upreview_dated in recent years and is very comfortable I feel as if Irsquom coming home every year we come back I would highly recommend Jamaica Royale

Love staying at this Unit Very nicely decorated appliances perfect Washerdryer older but in good shape all beds are comfortable and close to pool to almost jump right in or just far enough to be away from crowd Nice patio and great sunlight throughout the day

We really enjoyed our stay here The condo was a good size very comfortable and with easy access to the pool and beach It had everything we needed and the furniture was in good condition and comfortable A few minor issues the backdoor key lock did not work There was a deadbolt to lock from the inside but not having a working lock while heading to the beach was a pain It was nice to have a washer and dryer but it could definitely use replacing

We enjoyed our stay with beautiful weather and accommodations I suggest you either replace or fix the patio door It was extremely hard to open and the key wouldnt work It was just a little irritation and really didnt interfere too much with our weeks stay

Annual February Getaway

We have been staying in this unit for about 10 years Two years ago a new owner remodeled it with new appliances in the kitchen new furniture throughout and every room was freshly painted A nice surprise when we entered after a two day drive We love the beach so the location is perfect The only thing I would change would be beach chairs to take down to the beach and a larger tv in the master bedroom We have made our reservations for next year and look forward to another enjoyable month
