Absolutely stunning unit. Just remodeled and updated with all modern conveniences. Kitchen has most up-to-date appliances. Marble and granite throughout. This unit has speakers throughout the condo with an I-pod docking station that sounds incredible. This unit is located in the garden area close to the beach. You have view of the Gulf while sitting on the full patio which includes lounges, patio table, and chairs. There are three sparkling pools on the property, along with shuffleboard and BBQ. No discounts given per owner. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

Only recommend strongly that Ice machines must be installed more than one at all the long hall that communicates to the beach doesnt matter has to pay for bags or can be crushed ice machine In summertime ice is not enough and have to be gone to Publix to buy 2 or 3 bags daily

You canrsquot go wrong at Siesta Key and Jamaica Royale makes it all great The grounds are perfect pools well maintained and beach chairs make your stay extra perfect This is our 4th year coming to Jamaica Royale and coming back next year

We have stayed here the last 12 years The grounds are beautifulWe were a little disappointed that there were not many umbrellas at each pool We enjoy sitting in the shade at times Our unit didnt have a can opener so the meal I was preparing the first night had to be changed until I bought one We already booked for next year and look forward to our stay
