When you arrive, you will feel the island breeze and the soothing, swaying palms as you pull into your private driveway with a carport and then walk up the stairs and enter the heart of the home on the second floor. The open living area with beautiful views of the tropically landscaped backyard will surely delight you and your guests. Cozy up on the couch with a book or have a family movie night after an exciting day in the sunshine. The fully equipped kitchen has quartz counters, an island with comfortable seating, and a chic dining table.

Down the hall, you will find three serene bedrooms, all designed with king beds, luxury linens, TVs, and stunning ensuite bathrooms with plenty of space for necessities and gorgeous walk-in showers.

With a wide range of activities like biking, golf cart rides, and the complimentary AMI Trolley, you are sure to find the perfect way to explore the 7-mile island. What's more, this home offers ample parking space for a boat trailer (with approval prior to guest check in), so you can bring your own boat, kayaks or paddleboards and enjoy fishing and exploring the bay with ease.

2 cars maximum and a boat trailer (with approval prior to guest check in) are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
