The utility/laundry room includes plenty of cabinetry, an upright side-by-side washer and dryer, a full-sized laundry board, and a drying rack. All the ceilings in this open floor plan unit were raised to maximum height, with dimmable downlights. All flooring is light oak, wood-grained ceramic. The private parking space is the first one next to the building and is very near the elevator and a set of stairs.

Excellent unit Fantastic location and views of beach Fully renovated kitchen stocked with high quality equipment dishes etc everything you could possibly need New mattresses that are very comfortable Lovely interior decorating ceramic floors and modern bathroomsshowers Great beach equipment Fully functional smart TVs and internet Diana is amazingly helpful rental agent Would book again next year but already rented out

Unit E308 was fabulous It was in pristine condition and very well stocked with every thing you needed The quality of the furniture dishes utensils pots and pans bedding towels etc was excellent The only issue we had was that there was no place for us to put the cargo carrier on the top of our car We did not want to spend the month with the carrier on the top of the car We ended up having to bring it up to the unit This is not the owners problem but it is something that we would appreciate Gulf Bay addressing
