Welcome to Coquina Breeze! This nearly beachfront home features two bedrooms and two baths. It is conveniently located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, allowing you and your loved ones to easily enjoy Florida's iconic white sands, warm Gulf waters,and the added bonus of private balconies with awe-inspiring views, you're in for an unforgettable vacation experience!
Step inside to find a beach-inspired haven with airy decor and natural accents. Sit back on any of the three cozy sofas in the open living space, grab your favorite drink, and head to the deck, where beach views await! The kitchen boasts modern appliances and beachy essentials, while an island with seating and a chic table beckons for casual dining.
The two bedrooms are on the top floor, and each room has tropical-inspired décor and access to the balcony, where guests can enjoy beautiful Gulf views whenever they want. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and the second bedroom’s ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

by ChristineI can not begin to explain how perfect this home was us! From the minute I walked in, I felt like I was home but of course so much better! I honestly didn't want to leave the house, as it was perfect for us. I had just lost my dad two days before arriving, and it was a gift from above, to spend these 7 days here. I can not wait to come back and planning my next trip as we speak. I am a big cook and this kitchen had everything. My boyfriend had to work a lot on the computer and utilized the kitchen table. The hot tub was amazing. The decks were amazing, although I didn't leave the 2nd level one. All outside furnishings were cozy. We did have a clean the kitchen a bit and shake out the sofa cushions but the bathrooms were bleachy clean. I can honestly say, at 56 years of age, this was the best vacation unit ever. Bikes, beach toys, umbrellas were all provided. The only thing it didn't have was a hair dryer.

We have never been to the area before so we weren't sure how we'd enjoy this location after hearing that not many people like to stay in the southern end. BUT IT WAS GREAT! We were walking distance to a bunch of cool shops and Island Time Bar & Grill(which was our fav). The sunsets were breath taking from our balcony. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Felt like we were home but instead of snow, we had sand! Cant wait to come back!

by Reagan S.The island, the house, the beach was perfect! Loved being able to sit on the decks and watch and listen to the ocean waves. There are alot of cute little shops, Ice cream shops, and yummy restaurants! We had an amazing week and would consider returning in the future!
