Welcome to Coconut Lagoon, a beautiful coastal retreat with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. You and your guests will adore this home's inviting backyard, which has a sparkling pool, ample outdoor seating options, including a charming cabana, and a BBQ area. So come, rest your feet, and allow yourself to be swept away by the enchantment of Coconut Lagoon!
This home is perfect for accommodating large groups. It has two beautiful living rooms that feature deluxe sofas and side chairs, as well as televisions. This way, the kids can enjoy a movie in one room while the adults chat in the other. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and has a breakfast nook. Additionally, there is an adorable dining room table with chic wicker chairs located adjacent to the kitchen.
Get ready to drift off into a dreamland in any of the appointed four bedrooms that feature luxurious beds that promise a great night's sleep. Two of the main bedrooms come complete with ensuite bathrooms that boast walk-in showers, and the other two bedrooms share a hall bathroom featuring a shower and tub combination and custom tile touches that make it feel like a tranquil oasis.

There are no pets allowed in this home.
2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
This home is managed by AMI Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

A perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in late August at the Coconut Lagoon with our daughter, future son-in-law, and two of their/our friends. What a wonderful home and the backyard and pool were truly amazing. There was plenty of room for the six of us with a bedroom to spare. And there were NO STEPS to climb since the home was on ground level. It was a very short walk to the beach AND The Sandbar! Add with being a block from Harry’s Grill and Ginny’s & Jane E’s Café, not to mention all the other wonderful places on the north end of the island. It doesn’t get much better than this location. We highly recommend the Coconut Lagoon. You won’t be disappointed.

Loved our stay!!

We absolutely loved our week stay at the Coconut. Lagoon, and Anna Maria Island! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for some home grilling and cooking. Loved sitting in the sunroom to read or chat. We spent most of the time by the pool. Enjoyed our long walks on the beach. Everything is close by. The free trolley was great! Enjoyed a special birthday celebration at the Porch resaurant. Sandbar after sunset, ugly grouper was fun! A must experience is a visit to the Dr's office! Just loved this special place! Can't wait to visit again! Thank you!

Perfect place

This location was perfectly placed for the beach and everything possible for fun on the beach was available. There were bikes, floats, coolers, chairs and even ice and ice bottles in a freezer for us to utilize. She thought of everything. Highly recommend.

Refreshing & Beautiful

This beautifully upreview_dated condo was just right for our family. The two decks, nicely equipped kitchen and walking distance to the beach was great. We had elderly family with us and the Main Bedroom with a bathroom was perfect for them. The only two things we wished were different was the location of the pool and not having a box spring mattress on one of the beds. Otherwise, we were very happy with this stay!
