The exterior is beautiful with tropical landscaping and a private driveway to park your vehicles. Once inside you’ll head upstairs to the main living level on the 2nd floor. The open layout flows seamlessly in the great room with epic views from the private terrace. Unwind in the living room on the cozy sofas, tune into your favorite shows from the smart tv, and test your chef skills in the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen comes well equipped and features custom cabinets, upgraded appliances, quartz counters that provide ample prepping space, and a kitchen island complete with stools. Beautiful property for multiple families

Beautiful home with modern decorating, cozy beds, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. This spacious house would be great for multiple families or a couples vacation as each bedroom has its own full bath. The location is very convenient. This was my first time to AMI and I loved all the restaurants and shopping.
Luxury in the Perfect Location

This property exceeded our expectations! Not only is the home beautiful and well cared for, it comes with so many extra things that made our stay fun and relaxing. There are beach chairs, and umbrellas, beach wagon, bikes, board games and fun yard games too. The location is ideal with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It is a perfect home for families, couples or a friend getaway. I’ve already booked our next visit! We can’t wait to come back!

We stay in Anna Maria every year. This home is like something you see in a magazine. Close to the beach and shopping, but perfect to come back to a beautiful outdoor area with pool, hot tub and games. We had the best nights sleep every night. No issues whatsoever. Best vacation here ever!
Cloud Nine

All I can say is I felt like I was on cloud nine at this property. This is the perfect place for a family or a couple of families. My kids had so much to enjoy the pool, close to the beach, played connect four, corn hole and had the luxury of a relaxing evening on the roof top. My family and I will definitely be renting here again.
Amazing home in the heart of AMI!

This is a fantastic vacation home…perfect for families to enjoy a week in AMI. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub …and spent many hours on the putting green! So fun for all ages! The house has plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space for everyone to spread out …our girls loved the fun bunk room! And the extra den was helpful for kid movie night, a work conference call or a quick morning workout. We all loved walking to the beach and the many shops and restaurants near Pine Ave. The house is so convenient to everything! We will definitely be back soon!
