There will be an additional pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. We had fun. Home is as lovely as the photos. Recently updated. A few minor glitches with the frig and oven but AMI addressed them in a timely manner. The beach access was difficult to locate but it is only about a 5 minute walk. Pool and backyard lovely, quiet and private. The garage is a nice as it keeps the temp in your vehicle much cooler.
