Welcome to Bradenton Beach Club 301, a beautiful two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo that boasts island life and is just a quick walk to the pristine Gulf beaches! The Bradenton Beach Club is a tropically landscaped complex that runs Beach to Bay, providing beach access directly across the street and a bayside boardwalk. Take in the beauty of the Bay from the covered pavilion, cast a line from the fishing dock, and launch your kayaks. Featuring two community pools and in-ground spas, one Gulf side and the other is bayside.

Upon entering, you and your guests are welcomed into a warm living space with a modern sofa couch, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and essential cooking tools. There are two places you can enjoy your meal: the indoor table, which has quick access to the wine fridge, and the outdoor table on the balcony, which embraces guests in the island life.

The primary bedroom features a private deck perfect for winding down before bed or watching the sunrise in the morning. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has a lovely sitting nook perfect for reading a book, watching a show on the tv, and most importantly, relaxing. Additionally, there is a den with a sleep sofa. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo on the third floor. All bedrooms are on the third floor, and a half bath is on the second floor.

This location offers something for everyone! Guests can relax in the community pool and hot tub, fish off the dock, launch kayaks and paddleboards, and take a quick walk to the spectacular Gulf of Mexico beaches.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
