The main common area is on the second floor of the home. The kitchen is immaculate and features a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, custom white cabinetry and a vibrant teal backsplash, and a massive island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Just beyond the kitchen is the dining room. The natural wood dining table is beautifully contrasted by the eight bright white chairs. The dining area is illuminated by the bright sunlight that flows through the sliding glass doors and windows that line the back wall behind it. The living room is cozy and features a sizable sectional couch, extra armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV. There is also a secondary living space with a couch and flat-screen TV, as well as a deck that extends from this level and it has a full-sized outdoor dining set and four Adirondack chairs. There is also an additional balcony on the front of the house and a rooftop balcony that offers panoramic views of the surrounding Bradenton Beach area!
