Welcome to Beach Haven, a stunning eight-bedroom and seven-and-a-half-bath luxury home just a five-minute walk from the beach! Your friends and family will love the amenities this home has to offer, including a spectacular backyard with a private pool that has a waterslide and a rooftop deck that boasts views of the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay.
Walk up the stairs to the main living floor, which has an adorable seating area with tropical flare and a TV and is naturally brightened by the balcony with Adirondack chairs and views of the backyard. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, countertop seating, and a fun dining room table.
Unwind after glorious beach days in the primary bedroom with a drink on the private balcony and refresh in the ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. There are five King bedrooms spread out on the second and third floor, and some feature ensuite bathrooms and balconies. The third floor has a hall bath with a shower and tub combination, and on the first floor, there is a half bath. The eighth bedroom is excellent for young kids and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A sleeper sofa is available in the living room for extra accommodation.

The garage hosts an ice maker capable of holding 30 lbs and producing up to 100 lbs daily, along with abundant beach supplies for your outings. The private backyard oasis features a heated pool with an in-ground spa, a waterslide for the kids, and a swim-up tiki table for the grownups. The covered patio has plush, vibrant outdoor seating, a bar area with a TV, and a game area with a pool table and a foosball table!

GREAT LOCATION!
by KimThis was an amazing home all around! The pool area entertained all the kids all day! the waterslide was so much fun and everyone (even adults) enjoyed it! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach chairs! They even have an extra fridge in garage that helps when we had such a large group and intended on cooking alot at the home. Also walking to the little shops near by was super helpful with the little kids! Location was perfect!
