Welcome to Bay Happy, a quick walk across the street from enjoying Tampa Bay’s sandy beaches at Playa Anna Maria. Views abound at this beautiful three-level home with balconies lining the upper levels on both the bay and inland sides. Take a dip in the private pool and spa or take a short walk to the Anna Maria City Pier for fishing and local shopping. This updated home will make you and your guests feel at ease with the generous indoor and outdoor spaces and proximity to the many things that make Anna Maria Island your unique vacation destination.
Bay Happy is a four-bedroom and three-bathroom vacation home. The main level features an open floor plan to help your guests catch up and get comfortable with ease. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample space for meal and snack preparation, and counter seating for four. The adjacent dining tables seat six guests for a more formal meal. The inviting living room supplies ample space to relax, watch a movie on the large screen television, catch up, or enjoy a board game. Step out on the balcony for beach and bay views from the oversized seats or have breakfast for six at the table.
The spacious primary bedroom has a seating area where you can re-energize, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub, and balcony seating for quiet reflection or morning coffee. The second bedroom’s nautical theme will have you dreaming of the waves or enjoying the balcony views. The third generous bedroom provides indoor seating and a balcony with bay views to delight your senses from the bistro table. Clean up and refresh in the ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has plenty of space to relax and unwind whether enjoying the balcony overlooking the pool or cleaning up in the third bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bathroom can be accessed from the fourth bedroom and hallway. Your guests will rest and rejuvenate with all the comfort one expects at Anna Maria Island.
Relax in the private pool and spa featuring a beach entry and a built-in bistro table, both with shady umbrellas to let you enjoy the island lifestyle with luxurious resort-like amenities. Dry off on one of four cushioned lounge chairs or read in one of the several patio chairs. Enjoy refreshments at the patio table and serve some fresh catch on the barbeque grill. Take an easy bike ride to explore local cuisine, boutiques, and a general store for last-minute supplies. Stroll down to Bean Point to catch the best sunsets, dine under the stars at the Sandbar, or hop on the free trolley to explore the rest of the island's hidden gems. Relax and rejuvenate with island vibes here at Bay Happy!

The home is well equipped, near all the best stops, and close to the most beautiful beach. The young ones LOVED the pool. Stay was excellent!

Stay was excellent! Our stay here was excellent! The property was well-suited for a long weekend with 6 of our 7 kids. We had so much fun in the pool and playing ping-pong and mini-basketball. The location exceeded our expectations - the bay was right across the street and our kids could wake up and head out to fish. We walked to a festival on the main shopping street one evening. The gulf was just a few blocks away, making it easy to enjoy the beach or catch sunset. The property was well-equipped with chairs, toys, and kids’ snorkel gear, outfitting our beach excursions. Large porches overlooking the pool and the Bay made being outside at home easy. There were ample beach and bath towels. We cooked a several meals at the house with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and a well-functioning grill to make it possible. The appliances are top notch. If you plan to do some cooking or laundry, make sure to bring the basics like salt, pepper, other seasonings, cooking spray or oil, coffee (ground - not Keurig - filters were provided), and laundry detergent. The property management company made our stay seamless. Communication was excellent, the staff was responsive and polite, and no detail was overlooked. Great house for a large group.

Great house and location, walking distance to shops and trolly. Beach directly across the street. Built in pool was excellent for relaxing in. A few minor issues that were quickly resolved by property management who kept in constant contact with me. We had a great time during our 10 day stay.

Great location…water view and walk to Pine St, which is rare to find! Clean, nicely updated house and fun pool area. Loved the balcony views and seeing the sun every morning. Had every amenity I could want, and lots of fun games. The family had a great time and we would absolutely stay again!Â

My family & I had such a great stay at Bay Happy. The house was very clean & was stocked with everything we needed & more. We loved that there was so many cute shops & restaurants in walking distance. I also enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning drinking my coffee looking at the water, it was so quiet & peaceful. We hope to come & stay again.
