The home is well equipped, near all the best stops, and close to the most beautiful beach. The young ones LOVED the pool. Stay was excellent!

Stay was excellent! Our stay here was excellent! The property was well-suited for a long weekend with 6 of our 7 kids. We had so much fun in the pool and playing ping-pong and mini-basketball. The location exceeded our expectations - the bay was right across the street and our kids could wake up and head out to fish. We walked to a festival on the main shopping street one evening. The gulf was just a few blocks away, making it easy to enjoy the beach or catch sunset. The property was well-equipped with chairs, toys, and kids’ snorkel gear, outfitting our beach excursions. Large porches overlooking the pool and the Bay made being outside at home easy. There were ample beach and bath towels. We cooked a several meals at the house with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and a well-functioning grill to make it possible. The appliances are top notch. If you plan to do some cooking or laundry, make sure to bring the basics like salt, pepper, other seasonings, cooking spray or oil, coffee (ground - not Keurig - filters were provided), and laundry detergent. The property management company made our stay seamless. Communication was excellent, the staff was responsive and polite, and no detail was overlooked. Great house for a large group.

Great house and location, walking distance to shops and trolly. Beach directly across the street. Built in pool was excellent for relaxing in. A few minor issues that were quickly resolved by property management who kept in constant contact with me. We had a great time during our 10 day stay.

Great location…water view and walk to Pine St, which is rare to find! Clean, nicely updated house and fun pool area. Loved the balcony views and seeing the sun every morning. Had every amenity I could want, and lots of fun games. The family had a great time and we would absolutely stay again!Â

My family & I had such a great stay at Bay Happy. The house was very clean & was stocked with everything we needed & more. We loved that there was so many cute shops & restaurants in walking distance. I also enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning drinking my coffee looking at the water, it was so quiet & peaceful. We hope to come & stay again.
