A modern beach inspired home with an open floor layout where you can cozy up in the great room while your family chef gets busy in the new kitchen with updated stainless-steel appliances and all the culinary utensils supplied! Lots of windows provide an abundance of natural sunlight that makes the beautiful home glow. 3 bedrooms with water views, all feature queen beds with crisp linens and ample storage for all of your beach bags. Freshly renovated bathrooms with new tile, stone counters, and bright lighting. One bathroom is styled with a step-in shower and the other is a tub/ shower combo. Also included in the home is a laundry room with a new washer and dryer making that mid-vacay wash load a breeze. New Boat Dock can accommodate up to a 24ft boat based on tides**
*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
This home does not allow pets.
This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
