The photos pretty much say it all about this amazingly beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. The southwest views of the ocean are simply incredible! From the fine travertine marble, custom hardwood, premium fixtures, and coastal furniture and decor – luxury vacation rental homes do not get much better than this on Anna Maria Island.
Three of the bedrooms feature a king-size bed and the fourth bedroom features two twin beds. All rooms contain beautiful bead-board wainscoting, custom hardwood, or travertine marble floors, flat-screen HD TV's, and attractive decorations. Soft inviting colors, fine linens, and just the right finishing touches make Avalon the luxury vacation destination you have been searching for. The home also features an elevator to make it easy to transport luggage, groceries, and souvenirs from floor to floor.
This luxurious island home has a heated pool and spa as well as a covered lanai for relaxing with your favorite cool cocktail. Tropical landscaping surrounds the entire back area for privacy. You will also enjoy the private outdoor shower after walking home from the beach after a long day. There are water views from the main living area, the master bedroom, and multiple balconies, including the rooftop terrace!

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
