Anna Maria Grand Beach House’s nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and is a perfect rental for large vacation parties and is, simply put, an absolute showstopper.
Perfect Place for a BIG family

Certainly a GRAND home. We loved that we had 2 sides, we had 2 of everything. The kids had their space and we had ours. My favorite part was the elevator goes to the roof of house, where we spent so much of our time, well there and the enormous pool. Directly on the beach, we honestly could not have asked for more. Thank you.

This home checked all the boxes for our large family trip. Everyone has plenty of space to spread out, but still had the ability to all be together. The kids loved the bunk rooms. Everything was really clean, and the views from the rooftop deck were out of this world. We hope to come back very soon.

Everybody wants to return again next year. Fine house with a spectacular view and beach walk to restaurants and also at the stops for the free island shuttle bus. Also wonderful service. 19 of us. could have slept more in bunks.

Good Family Time in Anna Maria

Beautiful home. Stunning decor - every room interesting and eclectic in its own way. Check out all the rooms and bathrooms for interesting art and decor. Plenty of space for everyone we wanted to include - over 20 people at times - all comfortably accommoreview_dated. Set up of house is isolating to the people on the smaller side, though. I thought that might be a plus for us, but it really wasn't. Sunset from the rooftop is not to be missed. The pool has interesting features for bar seating, hot tub, waterfalls, but is not very deep and is very small so you cant really swim or play games - its more to just hang out in - which we did almost the whole time we visited. Lots of toys and floats left behind - ours included! The beach, while beautiful to look at, had a lot of seaweed and dead fish due to red tide. Our younger people spent a lot of time lounging on the beach. The elevators were a nice convenience but were finicky as sometimes the rooftop door opened in the wind and rendered the elevator useless til someone ran up to close the door. We (lots of adults!) had trouble figuring out how to get the gate to the beach to open (lift it a little) and getting the TV in the main room to work for the first three days - frustrating. Really wanted the tv to help the little ones calm down after a busy day. Management was helpful and responsive but not after 430pm. The house is well stocked with dishes and cookware, but not very clean. We washed everything before and after we used it - left the place much cleaner than we found it. The linen and towel service was adequate - we washed towels and sheets a few times - get your own laundry detergent - but the pillows were found to be too firm for many of us. We would have found instructions on using the induction cooktop helpful. Seems like a lot of little complaints, but on the whole we had a very wonderful time with family and friends we don’t always get to spend time with and being able to all stay in one place was a terrific benefit! I don’t know that we would stay again. It was very costly for what it is... but for what we all needed post-Covid, it was fantastic. Thank you.

Three Generations Family Vacation

The property is beautiful! Worked out perfectly for our family group of 11 active adults. Kitchen table and patio table we’re both large enough to accommoreview_date all for meals and games . That was an important feature for us. Beautiful beach was steps away. Also outdoor restaurant and bar walking distance down the beach. Pools were great, clean and in use throughout the day and evening. On the downside, some appliances needed repair or updating.. the separation of the two units was awkward. And a bathroom on ground floor would be nice. Overall, we had a wonderful week. And will consider returning.
Thank you for the five-star review of Anna Maria Grand Beach House! We are so happy that you and your family had a great stay! It is perfect for large groups. We have been made aware of some issues with appliances, but have been unable to get the parts sent to have the repairs made ~ the companies keep stating COVID issues have impacted manufacture and shipping. Due to FEMA codes, most new homes on the island are unable to have living spaces (including bathrooms) on the lower level. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you will be back to visit us!
