With upscale shops and restaurants minutes away at St. Armands Circle, Smooth Sailing is perfectly located for you to indulge in lazy beach days and evenings of fine dining and entertainment, with tropical breezes and picturesque sunsets to share with friends and family. The main living area offers plenty of options for guests - relax on one of the sofas or opulent chairs and catch up with others over great conversations or enjoy a fun movie night. The chef’s kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with a luxe suite of stainless steel appliances and a large island with countertop seating. Dine indoors at the formal dining room table or on the main balcony, and afterward, mix up some tropical drinks at the wet bar in the kitchen and head up for a private sunset viewing on the rooftop deck overlooking the Gulf, Lido Key, and Sarasota. Use the elevator for easy access to any of the six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms - unpack your beachwear and dive into a luxury island vacation. The third-floor primary suite has a private balcony and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and an enclosed shower with a soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms are on the third floor; each has sliding doors leading to a balcony with rooftop access and has incredible ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. On the second floor are the last three bedrooms. The second primary has a stunning ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and shares a balcony with the fifth bedroom, which also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sixth bedroom was designed with the younger guests in mind and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. There is a second family room and an additional bathroom with a shower and tub combination on the third floor, and on the main floor, there is a laundry room and a half bath.
