You can watch your favorite movie or simply relax and soak up the atmosphere. The kitchen has a full suite of appliances, lots of counter space, and a breakfast bar. Plus, we've got you covered with all the essential dishware and cookware you'll need. When it's time to dine, you have two great choices: gather around the indoor dining room table or take it up a notch and dine on the large deck. On the third floor of the house, there is a primary bedroom that provides a private and peaceful atmosphere. The room includes a personal balcony, luxurious bed, TV, and a wet bar with a microwave to help satisfy those late-night cravings. Additionally, there is an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Each guest bedroom has a dresser and a television to ensure that everyone feels comfortable during their stay. The fourth bedroom is ideal for children, with a built-in bunk bed. The second and half bathrooms are adjacent and easily accessible from the hall and the second bedroom. The full bathroom offers a walk-in shower, and you'll find the home's washer and dryer in the hall. This property does not allow pets. 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by Anna Maria Vacations, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a private pool, and just minutes from beautiful white sand beaches, Beachside Bungalow is a perfect rental for a small family or group of friends. When driving up to this home, you’ll notice its lovely lilac exterior color and a large driveway/parking area. Through the curved gate on right you’ll pass the enclosed outdoor shower (perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach) and then arrive at the private outdoor living area which features a seasonally heated pool (with in pool seating) and a covered patio with a full outdoor dining set, lots of outdoor seating and a large TV - a wonderful space for relaxation! Additionally, there is a hammock by the pool for guest use. Entering through the front door, you are greeted by the spacious open living and dining area with plenty of room for you and your guests – with simple décor and a clean feel, large windows flood the space with light. Sliding doors lead directly onto the outdoor covered patio living area and pool. Ahead the charming kitchen lines one side of the hallway which leads to the primary and third bedrooms. The kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, sleek white cabinetry, and ample counter space. When you’re ready to rest, the nautical-themed primary bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a shower and tub combination as well as a TV. The second and third guest bedrooms are bright, with plenty of storage space, TV’s and access to the hall baths. Additionally, the third bedroom has sliding doors that lead to another side yard with a quiet seating area. Two stunning hall bathrooms have beautiful vanities and shower and tub combinations.
