You’ll love the convenience of having a private dock, where you and your loved ones can launch kayaks (1 provided!), paddleboards and cast a fishing line; plus, there is a sitting area where you might see dolphins and manatees! Inside is a lovely living space with all the comforts of a relaxing stay. In the kitchen, you'll find stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, a breakfast bar, and, best of all, water views! The living room features a large sectional and a TV for all your streaming needs. And when it's time to dine, the modern table in the formal dining room is sure to impress. The two King bedrooms on the first floor are appointed with TVs, closets, and premium beds, so every morning, guests will wake up feeling rejuvenated. There is a hall bath with a shower and tub combo accessible on the first floor. As you make your way to the second floor, you can take the indoor spiral staircase or the outdoor deck staircase. You'll be greeted by a luxurious seating area with a comfy sofa and entertainment system. For those staying on the second floor, there's a third bedroom and a second hall bath featuring a walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are available in the home’s garage. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
