Located on the vibrant Pine Ave, you and your loved ones will be walking distance from island boutiques, waterfront restaurants, the Gulf of Mexico, and so much more! Inside is a delightful cottage feel with a cozy seating area, while a nearby desk offers a quiet workspace for remote work or study. The well-equipped kitchen has basic cookware, a blender, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Gather around the charming kitchen table for four and enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a tropical feel with a comfortable king-sized bed, fresh linens, a smart TV, and a private bathroom with a shower and tub. In the den, there is a daybed with a trundle for additional sleeping space. Room Details -Primary Bedroom: King bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and tub combo -Den: Twin daybed with Twin trundle The backyard is a tranquil and intimate space with swaying palm trees and a white picket fence. It features a covered porch with an outdoor dining table, a BBQ grill, and a shaded seating area with Adirondack chairs. We are excited to be a part of your vacation experience! - 1 car maximum is able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.
