Also on the main living floor, there is a living room area with a couch, and a giant 75" flat-screen TV. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for meal prep without missing a single moment with your friends and family as there is seating for 5 at the kitchen island. The dining table accommodates seating for 8. Heading back up to the upper floor, there is an expansive deck with seating and a custom spiral staircase that leads up to the rooftop deck with breathtaking views of Palma Sola Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Back downstairs, just beyond the two 2 car garages, is the backyard tropical oasis complete with deluxe heated pool, awesome waterslide, and swim-up Tiki table. There is room for everyone outside with both covered and open-air seating, multiple tables and a dry bar. Lounge by the pool while the rest of the family plays Ping Pong, Foosball, or grills up something delicious at the poolside BBQ grill.
