Found off the Intracoastal Waterway on Anna Maria Island is the Bradenton Beach Marina. The full-service resort marina has been helping visitors and locals with their watercraft needs since 1982. When choosing your boat rental, you have the option of either a full-day or half-day rental, with or without a captain. This allows you to pick the option that fits your adventure-filled itinerary best. You also have a few different types of boats to pick from.
- The 23-foot pontoon, which can fit up to 12 people, is perfect for large groups wanting to have a casual ride complete with wildlife viewing or inshore fishing.Â
- For a bit more speed, reserve a 19-foot hurricane deck boat bowrider. Able to seat up to eight people, six adults max, this is ideal for couples or smaller groups.
- The third option is a 22-foot hurricane deck boat bowrider that can accommodate up to 10 people.Â
To rent one of the marina’s vessels, you must have a valid driver’s license and credit card. State law also requires anyone born after January 1, 1988, to pass a safe boating course to operate a boat.
