the property location was perfect easy walk to town or beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was great not warm but a nice size. the floors were not clean we all had dirty feet if we went barefoot. the alarm on the downstairs door was very difficult to manage and should be optional for the renters to use if they have small children.

The Shore House was amazing and a perfect place for our family to spend Thanksgiving week together.
It is beautifully decorated, modern and functional for a large gathering. We especially liked the bed room set ups with the king bedrooms separated by a bathroom to the double bunk bed rooms.
The location was great! Walking distance to St. Armands Circle and the beach. Also recommend kayak tours through the mangroves. This is just down the road on Lido Key.

We took a trip to Lido key with 2 other families and had a perfect stay in this beautiful LKV property. The location was walking distance to St Armands shops and restaurants and to the beach. Our kids had so much fun at the pool (and the surrounding security gate gave us peace of mind). The home was extremely clean, roomy, and comfortable- with more than enough space for our large family. We will certainly be back!!

We had 14 people ages 2-75 . The place met all our needs . It isn’t easy living with that many people for a week but this spot offered opportunities for people to work remotely , for others to be in pool , or playing ping pong. The bathrooms and rooms are spacious and private .
We loved the location could walk to Armand and the beach . The stay exceeded our expectations. They were very responsive to any request any time including same day delivery of new ping pong paddles and balls . Highly recommend .

We had a wonderful time in Lido Key! The property was beautiful and spacious for our families. The property manager’s communication was so helpful and they were always available via text or call. The sun misses the pool during the winter months, but because it was heated and we had the hot tub, it wasn’t a huge concern!

Only thing I didn’t like was the huge mold area at the pool, where we spend most of our time. It was just an eye sore! I’d still rate 5 stars because everything else was exceptional!

The property is large, with several connecting bedrooms with private bathrooms and multi car garage. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s perfect for several families staying together. The house was very spacious with 7 bedrooms several "hang out" areas including a game room. the pool was very nice and provided another "hang out" space. The kitchen was well equipped, but the appliances were a little difficult to use. We had trouble with the dishwasher and oven. The mattresses were not the best. My wife and I didn't like ours although the rest of the family didn't have any complaints. There were a lot of nice extras, like beach chairs, and bikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our first family vacation renting a home, we typically stay at a resort for family vacations. Our stay/vacation was the best we have ever had. It was relaxing for all and we will definitely be renting a home again for our future vacations. We had 12 family members, ranging in age from 6 weeks old to 52 years old. There was plenty of space for all !This home is amazing, it is everything we expected. The location is spot on, just a short walk (3 blocks) to St. Armands Circle. Several nights, the family walked to get ice cream treats. The pool area was our favorite place to hang out. The set up for cooking was great. We love to grill and the kitchen allowed many family members to be in the kitchen at one time preparing meals. Televisions in every bedroom, including the seating area outside. Ceiling fans in every room. They did not cut any corners with this house. We loved it! The staff were very kind and professional. We didn't have to contact them once in our 9 night stay. We had zero issues!! Thanks for making our family vacation a very pleasant, relaxing and memorable one!

This property was perfect for friends and family traveling together. Enough space for everyone without feeling being on top of each other. We cooked everyday since we are traveling during Covid. Kitchen fully stocked with small appliances and cooking tools were very helpful. Having two sets of washer and dryers were nice too. Thank goodness for the awesome hot tub since weather wasn’t great the whole stay. We still enjoyed the vacation.

Nice house and very comfy! Good taste in decor! Very nice area, we enjoyed very much our walks around the beautiful neighborhood! A little bit far from the beach, but very quickly (4min) by bike! Things that we missed: - a real outdoor kitchen (no sink, no water, no balcony to prepare your barbecue) - a bathroom by the pool area or by the game room (we had to go upstairs every time we needed) - a good quality umbrella (at least 2-3) but honestly for the price that you pay and for the size of the house, guests would deserve 1 or 2 nice tents to accommodate everybody! Overall we had wonderful days in the beautiful Sarasota area, including one day at the Anna Maria Island beach and one at the Siesta Key beach: both with amazing white sands and clear water!

We appreciate your feedback as well. In Florida, especially on our barrier islands that are in flood and hurricane impact zones, we are not allowed to have plumbing below the flood plain. On Lido Key, this can be 5-10 feet high. That is the reason that the homeowner does not have any bathrooms or sinks on the ground level or pool areas. You'll find this as a common practice in new construction homes in these areas of Florida. While it might be an inconvenience slightly, it is done for safety reasons, especially with the ground level walls all being "break away walls" during a flooding event. Hopefully this helps provide a reason for the absence of these items. Likewise, in Florida we have higher average wind speeds than most areas that are guests are traveling from, and even on a perfect day we can often have winds in the 10-20 mph range. If a guest is not familiar with this, or when to avoid deploying a tent or an umbrella, these items can be damaged very quickly. As a result, we do not provide these items to our guests, but we do provide beach chairs, a beach wagon, a beach cooler, and bikes - all of which are advertised. We have tried very hard to accurately market this home with the amenities and features that it does have. We've done this with our description, amenities, property details, 50+ photos, 3D Tour, and a home video. However, we'll take a look to see if there is any where that we can improve, and we certainly appreciate your feedback. This house was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful, new, fresh, and fully stocked with almost everything we could need for a week's vacation. Adam was quick to answer questions. Check in and check out were a breeze. The house is close to a really cool area with great restaurants and shops. The beach is close-by too. We appreciated the use of the lawn chairs, the beach towels, and a handy wagon to cart it all to the beach. The pool looked small at first, but once in it, it was actually a decent size. There is plenty of seating for a large family on the main floor, allowing everyone to eat together and socialize together. There are loads of TVs (all working great!), and strong wifi. We will definitely consider renting this house again in the future.

We came with 4 families (9 adults and 6 kids) and there was plenty of space for this group. The multiple levels with the game room and pool in first floor allowed the kids to play from morning til night without disturbing those who wanted to relax or sleep upstairs. The rooms were nicely divided and secluded for those who wanted to retreat in privacy but with plenty or large common room space for group activities. The kitchen and dining space accommodated our large group nicely and we did a large amount of cooking in the spacious kitchen. The decor was beautiful but the house was also very functional. Beach and shops were a short walk and comfortable to do with small children. Location was perfect. Trevor was great and any issues we had were promptly addressed. Would reccomend this house to anyone. We had a great time and were sorry to have to leave.

The house was spectacular! Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. Was an added bonus that there were 2 washers and dryers. Was not aware of that when booking. Great location. A couple blocks from restaurants and shops. Very close to the beach. The kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The house was overall very clean.....only complaint was the floors were really dirty. If we go with a big group again, will definitely try to book this house again!

This house is beautiful! Plenty of dishes, towels, etc for our group of 20! The kids loved the game room and the guys loved the patio with tv! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable seating and beds! We had 5 vehicles and not an issue with parking as the garage fit 3 vehicles!! We had a couple of small issues but Jenn, our hostess, responded immediately and was awesome. Only issue was one day several of us had just returned from a day out and the neighbor on the corner came down and was taking pictures of 2 vehicles (one on street and one at end of drive) and said police had asked him to do it cuz they had complaints. We hadnt been back at house more than 20 min and were getting settled before jockying cars back in garage and such. So just be careful of leaving car on street or at very end of drive (any part past fencing).

We worked with Jen and she was very responsive and informative. The property was great. We had a large group with some special accommodation needs. This house is a VERY short walk to the beach and had the weather cooperated, we probably would have spent most of our time by the water. Storms plagued our stay, but the house boasted a large gathering space in the living/kitchen as well as the veranda by the pool. We will definitely stay again should we have another large group!

Absolutely beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone.
Anything we could have asked for was there. A kitchen fully stocked with appliances, cutlery, dishes and coffee mugs for everyone (very important in our family); two dining areas, lots of living space...and of course, the game room, which is where most of the kids spent their time.
The game room is not air conditioned, though there is a fan, and the air conditioning from the rest of the house seems to trickle in, so it’s not uncomfortable. It was amazing to see everyone off their devices and playing actual games for a change.
The beach chairs, tent and cart were super helpful during beach days. The distance to the beach is easily walkable (it’s about a 10 minute walk), but we had some folks with us who aren’t very mobile, so most days we we just drove the 3 minutes to the beach.
Having a washer and dryer on two floors was very handy, especially with so many people (and so many beach towels).
The pool was beautiful and relaxing - a nice way to unwind after a day of traipsing around town. St. Armand’s Circle is super close. We walked there in the evenings to shop or stop for ice cream.
Overall, it was an incredible trip and we hope to come back next year!

Want a truly extraordinary place to bring a big group of people together? Well your search is over. This home is as advertised in every way and exceeded expectations. Short walk to St. Armand's, bikes to ride, putting green for cocktail fun and perfect multilevel layout for that right mix of together and private time. We had a large group of family and friends stay here and we didn't want to leave. They thought of the small details, like a coffee maker that doesn't require a filter. The house was very clean and interior design was a delight to be around and celebrate in. There is something for everyone at this place. I would NOT hesitate to rent this home again. Top notch and Bravo to SKLRP.

What an amazing experience -- beautiful home with great space for a big family party to enjoy together (in the many common spaces) or to retreat into privately (all the spacious bedrooms)! We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the ability to jump out and sit in the covered patio and watch TV while still staying close to the kids in the pool and using the outdoor grill to make beer can chicken. We also enjoyed some friendly competition in the game room with the ping pong and foosball tables as well as the board games - there was something for everyone to enjoy! We never made it to the putting green, but it was nice to have that option as well. My favorite had to be the large kitchen with barstools - great for entertaining while cooking/drinking/eating, with an elegant dining room table on one side and a hightop dining table on other side and a sitting room directly in front -- great for fitting and entertaining all the adults and children in the party together throughout the day and for every meal. And St. Armand's Circle was just a few minutes away whenever we wanted to break away to do some shopping or people watching. Highly recommended for everyone looking for a very luxurious yet comfortable stay in an ideal location by beach and shops!
