Beautiful beachfront stay with everything you could need within walking distance or free trolley distance. Enjoyed sitting on the beach balcony in the shade after Long Beach days in the sun. Walking trail in the mornings was perfect. Great food within 5 min walk. Perfect girls getaway with my mom and sister

The moment you walk in you have the most amazing view of the ocean and beach. Absolutely stunning views and sunsets right from the balcony. The beds are very comfortable, everything was very clean and well cared for . You won’t be disappointed if you rent this cute condo for your beach stay . I can’t wait to come back.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like inside. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the deck while watching the dolphins play in the ocean. The view of the sunset each night was beautiful too. We loved the beach. The condo had beach chairs and an umbrella available. We will be back.

Beautiful location right on the beach. There were chairs provided (in the black box under the stairs). The kitchen was pretty well stocked with tools and cookware (only one pot though). The beds were cozy. Located right across from Bridge Street you can walk less than 2 minutes to get coffee or a boozy smoothie, listen to live music and also some shopping.
We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely stay here again.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The condo was just perfect for our family of four. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. The condo was nicely updated, well-decorated, and comfortable. The view from the balcony at all times of the day, especially sunset, was gorgeous and so relaxing. We are still missing those sunsets! The proximity to the beach was especially amazing and made visits there extremely easy. The beach itself was beautiful and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Anna Maria Island! The space was renovated, clean, and right on the beach! Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful location! Our hosts were responsive over text and helped make our stay great. On the first morning we realized the coffee maker was broken but I texted them and they sent a brand new one out to the house right away! We will definitely be back!

Everything was amazing! It was clean and modern and the view was wonderful. My only suggestion would be to improve the television programming. There was nothing on the tv (no local channels, just old shows except ion).

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we loved this property. The view was incredible, the patio had nice furniture to enjoy breakfast and sunsets, and the location was perfect. Our kids loved the bunk bed set up as well. Being right next to Bridge St allowed us to walk to the shops, pier, and restaurants. The beach was relatively quiet and the property had some beach and water toys for our kids. It was also a 5 minute drive to Manatee beach which was an excellent public beach. The only minor con was live music noise from Bridge Street until 10 pm and construction noise in the morning from across the street. These minor things didn’t bother us too much. Overall great stay and we would return if a future vacation brought us back to AMI.

We loved our stay here. The location is great with the beach right out front and Bridge Street out back. We loved the beach and watching dolphins. A morning walk to the south end of the beach is great for finding seashells. We often went to Island Times Bar and Grill for live music. We were able to eat at multiple places that were all within walking distance. The house had most of what we needed. The beach toys were handy. It’d be great if beach chairs and umbrellas were included and listed in the listing as those are bulky to bring along. A pizza cutter would be a great addition to the kitchen supplies. We also found there to be no dishcloths or clothing hangers. We picked these items up during our stay and left them in hopes that they will be helpful to future guests. We loved that there is a blender and ice maker for making frozen drinks.

We spent five fantastic days in this property. The house Is just few steps to the beach. The apartment has everything that we needed. There are a lot of restaurants and bars close to the property. We are planning to go back again next year.

We were very impressed with this property and it's location! We were a little more nervous about our trip this year with the pandemic, but the beach in front of this condo wasn't super busy and we had a fantastic time! The second floor gives you a wonderful view of the sunset every night, and the whole place is covered in continuous tile flooring that makes controlling the sand easy. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels and beach towels. We cooked most evenings and they had everything we needed as far as kitchenware. The laundry machines were quite loud, but it was nice to be able to do some laundry while we were there. In the evenings we could hear some of the live music being played down at the bars in Bradenton, but after 10pm everything was nice and quiet. The hose outside made it easy to cleanup after the beach. We saw dolphins several mornings throughout the week, which was awesome! All the information for the stay came through the phone app, and the virtual checkout made the whole trip easy. I would definitely stay here again!

We were absolutely pleased with this condo!! Everything was very clean and neat. There was enough cookware for us for the week. They had chairs and umbrellas for us to use on the beach which we utilized almost daily! My teenaged kids could go on the beach while me and my s/o sat out in the deck and watched them! The view was absolutely beautiful!! I’m hoping next year we can rent the bottom unit so we can utilize the grill. That’s the only thing we missed but understood why we couldn’t have one up top :) This place was perfect for our little family. I already miss it! I highly recommend this condo especially for the price!

My wife and I enjoyed everything enormously. Everything was as advertised - most tranquil. There is calming, medicinal effect of constantly listening to the soft surf right outside your window. The sunsets, walks on the beach, local dining were all quite grand. It was most pleasant to be so near the Gulf. My only suggestion is for a better frying pan - my wife and i were here for two weeks and mixed restaurants with in home dining. We will certainly return.

What a great condo! Bed was comfortable, ac was cold! The view is outstanding! My husband golfs every morning, taking our car. I didn’t need it at all! Bridge street is RIGHT there! I walked to get coffee every morning! Location can not be beat! The only suggestion I have is to put latice or a barrier between 2 units on balcony! Thanks for a great stay, we will see you next year!

This is a very well maintained condo right on the beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The furniture in the living room is really comfortable. The location of this unit is ideal. Just south of the Bridge Street traffic circle close to restaurants. There was even a beach chair and umbrella in the closet. I will be staying here again.
