Overall, an okay stay.Pros: Comfortable beds, a decently stocked kitchen, great pool, and newer TVs.Cons: The location is far from the beach, especially if you are hauling stuff. Parking near the beach during spring break is tough. Biking is really the only practical option. That said, there were no beach chairs or a beach cart, which makes biking to the beach less convenient. Restaurants are about a mile away with similarly limited parking.Best suited if you’re planning to spend most of your time at the house and by the pool.

The home is located just a short walk from the beach (about 4 minutes to Bean Point), and its proximity to Pine Avenue and Bayfront Park is also noted in the listing. During busier times like spring break, parking island-wide can be more limited, which can make walking or biking the easier option. As for beach gear, while not all homes are stocked with chairs or carts, we do offer a complimentary loaner program and are always happy to provide those items when requested. My stay was exactly what I needed. The rental was perfect. Great location I was able to ride my bike easily to the beach , shopping & restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of beach towels.

Had a wonderful time x 2 nights! Cozy, clean & adorable place! Perfect for 4 adults. Location great if you like quietness near end of the island. Beach access only a few minute walk to end of street. The most gorgeous sunsets you will ever see! Coffee maker is "drip" FYI....need to bring coffee filters, if not, we made using paper towels. Coffee filters are so cheap for 100 pack, just a suggestion for the unit to provide them. Had plenty of bath towels. You will need to bring your own beach towels & chairs. We did not use the pool, although looked nice & clean. Minor thing, but another suggestion-the doors on the 2 bedrooms could use WD40, as they creaked in middle of night when opening to use restroom and wakes others. Lastly, upon check in we were told "UNIT 4". All units doors are marked A or B. Never mentioned A or B with check in directions. Must look to R of door inside a crab metal decor it said "4". Should communicate to renters unit is actually A4. Overall AMAZING!

Great location (very walkable to Bean Point). Very clean, was great having laundry on-site and we enjoyed the pool. We didn't rent a golf cart, but each unit had an outdoor charging plug if you rent one.

Enjoyed our time and loved the location. Would stay here again. One helpful point would be to let renters know the cabin/room number is located on the crab image on the wall not on the door. We had to get help and I also had to help another renter because all the doors have an A or a B. Not an issue but didn’t think to look on the wall since the doors were labeled.

Loved this property! Only 3 blocks walk to the Fern Street public beach access to Bean Point Beach. Beautiful, clean white sand beach with ample space to set up chairs & umbrella. No spaces blocked off for resorts or high rises.Plenty of space in this condo for our family of 4. Comfortable memory foam hybrid beds and lots of pillows. Very helpful to have laundry service onsite. Very clean with extra towels. Well equipped kitchen. Would love to stay here again!

Location, location, location. One of the biggest issues with the beach is parking. While in this place you will not have that problem due to its proximity to the best beach in the area, Bean Point Beaxh. Amazing sunsets. It took us 3-5 minutes to get to the beach. Also, very close to some of the best restaurants in the area, the Ugly Grouper , Sandbar, Donut Experiment. This place is very comfortable, two bedrooms plus the sofa sleeper in the living room with superb customer service. They communicated in three ways (text, email and phone). Very proactive to make sure we had everything we needed. The value was the selling point. I will return in the near future.

Short walk down to Rod N Reel Pier for either breakfast, lunch or to just watch the dolphins put on a show!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful island home! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Bean Point beach (the most beautiful beach). Our teenager loved fishing at the pier that was just a few minutes walk from us. The home itself was decorated nicely and very clean. We enjoyed a lot of time in the pool area which was also clean and nicely kept. There were floats, beach chairs, and beach toys to use which is a thoughtful touch. The owner was also super helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't wait to come back and do it all again! 5 stars isn't enough - we'd give it 10 if we could!"

This place is great if you're looking for a relaxing stay on AMI. It is perfectly located with the beach a few blocks away and also restaurants are walking distance from the rental. The host got back to us immediately and even let us check in a few hours earlier when we reached out informing them we got to the island sooner than anticipated. They had limited options for beach chairt hat it supplies and we didn't see any umbrellas for shade. The laundry room is also pretty dated and not as clean as we had seen online but we did not have any issues washing or drying our clothes so it got the job done. We will definitely be hoping to stay here on our next visit to AMI. The timeliness of the host getting back to us is definitely a 5 out of 5 star rating!!!

Location could not have been better. Great stay for those who spend most their time outside of the home. Only complaint was that the place is in need of a deep clean, everything is mostly clean, but definitely could be better. The beach is 5 minutes away and beach chairs and towels are all available. Good restaurants and attractions nearby. Would definitely come back. We stayed as a family of 5 and the space was fine. Great place for the price.

Booked a last minute trip to Anna Maria Island and wanted something near Bean Point. Love that they offer shorter stays, as I couldn't stay a whole week. Walking distance to Bean Point and Rod and Reel Pier. Rented a golf cart to get around the rest of the island. This place is extremely clean and very well stocked. The AC worked great during one of the hottest weeks of the year and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms also moved a lot of air. The starter kit they provide with soap, trash bags, etc. is very nice and useful. I do wish they would offer early check in or late check out when they have nobody in the unit directly before or after you. My only suggestion would be to make sure there are mirrors in the bedroom. With only one small bathroom to share and no mirrors at all in the one room, it was rather difficult to get ready. Book this place today!

My family and I enjoyed the place we were renting out. It was clean and had nice decor. Walkable distance to the beach with the most beautiful sunsets. The communication was excellent. This house was perfect for my family's long weekend on AMI. Walking distance to Bean Point, Rod & Reel Pier, and many other little shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for those looking for an affordable option on AMI.

While the initial paperwork portion of renting this space was a pain…we had no problems with our stay. This small duplex was perfect for our vacay. It was CLEAN and well kept. The location was close to the beach, shopping , and local restaurants. Would stay again in the future.

Everybody was very nice and the kids had a great time. The other families staying in the other units were fantastic and extremely friendly. Our unit was good and clean. Management was extremely easy to work with and accommodating. A few minor repairs or touch ups probably would not hurt, but nothing major. The pool filter had some difficulty keeping up with constant daily traffic of 20+ people. But we considered this minor for all the fun the kids had.

Our stay in Anna Maria was really lovely. We had a great time and the location. I would highly highly recommend getting a golf cart from rental from Robin Hood rentals for a weekend getaway, makes it so much easier! Our cottage was exactly as it was presented on the website. It was very clean and very well decorated with lots of towels and great water pressure. The master bed was actually very comfortable as well.

We had not stayed on the north end of Anna Maria before and it is now our favorite spot! Bean Point beach is a short walk. The beach by the rod and reel pier is even closer and good for walks at low tide. The pool area could have been cleaner but the condos were very clean and spacious. Someone did clean the pool on our last day.

The management group was easy to work with and accommodating for anything we needed. The pool was warm but it was July... it was still refreshing coming back from the beach. Overall it was a pretty good and much needed vacation!

We loved the location, decor and cleanliness of the place. We did have a problem with leaking bathroom sink the whole time we stayed. Although, the property management made several attempts to remedy the issue. We would definitely come back!

Plenty of parking, clean apartment that smelled fresh. Nice size for 4 to 6 people. Love the north end of the island! More walking to get out to the beach but so worth it because it's not crowded. Would book again!

Traveling with our two young children for a weekend break and this was the perfect place! The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were a good size and the pool on property was fantastic (clean and warm)! The location is great, being a couple of blocks from the beach and the Rod and Reel Pier. We also hired a golf cart to get around. Management was super helpful with getting us set up with crib rental too!
