Sea Oats 501

Me and my family have visited Redington Beach many many times and we always used JC Resort Management to rent a condo. We love the condos, beaches and the relaxed lifestyle. We will be back next year.

Just spent a very enjoyable week at Sea Oats 501. We arrived after hours and and picking up our keys was very easy from the property management. The condo was as described and in a great location. Of all the beach condo's we have rented over the years we were a bit surprised that there were not beach towels in the condo available for use. We are already talking about coming back and staying in the condo again next year.

Overall a Good Experience. Could use some Updates (like the Bathrooms). The facility's Iron had been gummed up with something. Perhaps someone tried to iron a Plastic. Idk, but it was like that when we arrived & I'm thankful I discovered it Before Ruining some of my clothing.

Sea Oats is a nice resort with a wonderful view of the gulf. Beach and ocean are right there and a 2 min walk to the water. Pool was warm and lots of seats. It did need cleaning but was taken care of quickly and was sparkling in about 36 hrs. Previous renters had broken one of the beds and mattress was on floor but JC made us aware and it was not a big deal as the mattress was still comfy even on floor. Had an issue with one shower drain that was looked after in only a few hours. Over all JC was excellent. The unit could use a refresh as flooring and paint looked a little worn out.

This was a very unique condo. The foor plan was very different from what we are used to being that it was a corner unit. The views were spectacular looking South and West and even East. Condo is on the 5th floor so we enjoyed the Pelicans flying past at our level and sometimes even the Coast Guard too. Good Restaurants within walking distance.

We arrived late and the key and instructions were in a lockbox easy to find. The condo is exactly as it's pictured. They supply soap bars, but be sure to bring shampoo etc. Great views with lots of sunshine in the condo. Beds were comfortable. Great location close to everything we wanted to do. We would stay again!

We would stay at this condo again. The kitchen was well stocked. Two of the three beds very comfortable(We only needed two beds). Decorated nice. Direct view of the gulf! Picture’s online were the same as in person. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants.

The property interior was very well thought out and in a great location. Safe and quiet with plenty of things to do near by. Beach and property were well maintained. Overall you will get good value for your money at this location. My overall rating is a 4 but would be a five with a few suggested updates. Here they are and by all means these are not deal breaker s. The cookware pans were in bad shape and should be tossed out and replaced with stanless, greenpan or similar. As for the sheets most people don't notice pilling on linens but a good set of bamboo sheets for all beds would do the trick. They also last a long time and get softer with age. Excellent Stay.
