Loved our room!!! Dolphins seen every morning,We had an awesome stay and I would go back ! Nice and big and had everything we needed except dish soap ( so bring some)nice and big balcony !! Only downfall ( I'm saying this so maybe you can fix this)We only got one key and the office said if there were more they would be in room ,1 fob and had to ask for more fobs. Management was only there 2 hours a day , they could use a bathroom in main office. The pool should be open until at least 10.

The condo was updated and very clean. It had everything that we needed. The beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. So far it was the best condo that we have rented since coming to Sea Oats. We would definitely rent it again.

This condo had fantastic ocean views. The beach access was incredible. We were close enough to the water that the journey with all of our gear felt easy. The beach space was enough to spread out and play some sports with the kids in the sand. It never felt crowded during our stay. The property was well maintained. The pool area was immaculate. The outdoor tables were always clean. Sand was being blown from the sidewalks and parking lot daily.We found things unintentionally left behind from previous guests under the bed. We noticed sand on surfaces in our condo on the first day before we ever even made our way to the beach. I suppose that’s a never ending battle though. There were some surfaces that were dusty and probably could benefit from a deeper clean. The room was clean enough that we felt fine, but it could have definitely been cleaner.Some things in the condo could use repair or replacement. The couch shows significant wear. One of the burners on the stove was questionable. The dryer door was broken.The property management company is stingy with their supplies. We spend a couple thousand dollars to stay for a week and we get only two rolls of toilet paper, no paper towels, and not even a box of tissues. We weren’t provided with soap in the kitchen, only a couple of dishwasher pods. We had no reasonable way to wash anything that couldn’t be washed in the dishwasher. Could we buy these things ourselves? Sure. But we typically don’t have to when we travel.

This is our second time staying in this condo and it was just as great as the first. The bathrooms had been updated, which was a bonus. There are plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach toys, linens, and the kitchen is well stocked. The condo was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back again.

The unit was perfect and the updated bathrooms was a nice surprise. The overall week was perfect with our daughters and 2 year old granddaughter. General complaint was the behavior of a large family who happened to be Hispanic. They played music loud constantly and overtook the pool area in a manner that caused others not to be able to enjoy it each day. The drinking with glass bottles continued all day and well into the early morning hours. The pot smoking was overwhelming. Other people tried to get them to stop and turn down the music but it was a lost cause. The morning cleaning lady who works her tail off had lots to clean up after them. Hopefully next year we will not be there the same week. We love Sea Oats other than this experience.

It was amazing how Sea Oats was in such good condition after the hurricane. The condo itself was a pleasant surprise. The bathrooms have been remodeled since the pictures were taken and are beautiful. A coffee bar was added where there had been a credenza in an alcove and the lighting has been improved. The kitchen is well stocked, everything we needed. We prefer the leather furniture and tile floors for ease of cleaning. The management team is friendly and professional. We were there for six weeks and have booked it for six weeks next year.

Loved the condo and location. Please get rid of the rug in the living room it's filthy and it would be nice if the property had a hose to wash off chairs and beach equipment. The tower was good for your body but super hard to wash anything else

This property was clean & has a fantastic view of the beach from the balcony. Excellent place to watch the sunset. Appliances need some updating as the front right burner on the range was a bit wonky (sometimes it worked, sometimes it did not). Master bath shower has great water pressure. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our time there.

We got there early. I thought checkin was at 10:00am but that is when u can do all the paperwork and checkin is actually at 4pm. The room was ready so they let us in early which was excellent because we had 2 infants who made a 15 hour drive. The place was very clean staff was nice and if needed anything or had problems they took care of it that day. Not to far from John’s pass . Easy access to beach . The pool was nice and heated. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay!! We unfortunately were in Florida during hurricane Idalia and had to evacuate. The property management did an excellent job notifying us and preparing for the storm. When we came back, the property was clean and in order. The woman in charge of cleaning was amazing. Everyday, she swept, moved pool equipment around and just did a great job. We've stayed here before, but in a different unit. We liked our unit here much better!! This condo complex is perfect to rent from. Great views and on the beach! We'll be back

This property was just as described. It was very clean and had everything a family of 5 would need for the week. (We did bring our own beach towels.) I would also purchase a canopy if you need shade due to the condo not having one available at the time we visited. The location to restaurants and grocery stores is great as well as the view from the balcony. Enjoy the sunsets every night while sitting on the balcony on the new furniture. The resort management office was easy to locate and conduct business with, they were all eager and happy to help anyone who had a need.

Our stay was everything we hoped for and the unit was very clean. There were 5 beach chairs to use and one umbrella. My only suggestion would be to have a few beach towels for use but possible they were taken. We did have to buy several for our group. We loved the use of the grills and pool. It was a great week

Everything was good. Just an fyi you will need your own items for clothing washing dishes, and self cleaning. Building does have some sound defects, we can hear people walking upstairs in their unit.. however beach access and pool are amazing. Grilling is a bit tough cause u have to walk down to it and make it happen. We would definitely stay again.

Redington Shores is perfect, nestled between St. Pete and Clearwater. You avoid large crowds and traffic, the food is awesome and people are very friendly. The condo was extremely nice and very comfortable!

We loved the location of the condo. Such easy access to the beach and restaurants/coffee. The condo was very spacious as well with plenty of room! I would have loved to have some cleaner to keep the place clean throughout the week especially in the kitchen as we flew and weren’t able to bring a ton with us. The tubs could use some updating as the knobs were hard to use and adjust to correct temp. Overall we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay!

The condo's location to restaurants and basic necessity stores cannot be better. We love the beach front access and pool. The staff (Pam and Mike) who responded to our needs/questions were top notch. We did miss the weekly cleaning and linen exchanges. The furniture (Except for the kitchen chairs!!) and TV's were fine. The condo itself lacked several items for us to clean: the sweeper was taped together and no bucket and/or mops were available. The kitchen appliances, countertops, and flooring need updated. Balcony furniture was torn and bird droppings were all over the balcony floor. Otherwise, we love the location and booked for another year, hoping for some updates. Also, with the public beach access nearby, perhaps the garbage cans can be moved closer to the trees at the entrance to open the beach more. There were some visitors using several of the huts/benches on the grass area who were not condo renters. Perhaps a sign at the beach entrance??Witnessing a heart attack on the beach, we found there were NO defibulators at any of the condos around. Florida needs them!!

Beautiful view off the balcony! Nice 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Only 4 stars as master bath shower & balcony furniture needs updated. Lounger on balcony was ripped and then it ripped completely while we were there so it couldn’t be used - chairs also ripped but usable. And it would have been nice if tissues, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent and dish soap had been supplied. We traveled on a plane and arrived very late so these things could not be packed and we couldn’t get to a grocery store until next day. We purchased these items and left in condo. Overall had a great time.

Thanks for the review. We do supply bath soap, bathroom paper, kitchen set up, linens and towels. The condos are self catering so we don’t supply shampoos/conditioners, etc. You should have gotten a dishwasher starter pack when you checked in. Sorry if we overlooked that. The condo unit has a beautiful view of the gulf, you can't get any closer to the beach/water. Accommodations are clean and comfortable. Great location and convenient to everything. The whole process was easy from beginning to end. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in many different condos in the Redington/Indian Rocks area and this definitely one of the best! It is spacious and well stocked with kitchen items and bath towels. Since we are local, we brought our own beach chairs and towels. They did have beach chairs and sand toys. I didn't notice if there were beach towels for guests. The only suggestions I would add to make the stay more pleasant are minor: Our friends who rented directly through the condo were allowed extra key fabs to access the property (with a refundable deposit) and they had a key pad code to access their rooms which we did not. Also, within the condo, the shower curtain liner needs to be repaired due to mold/mildew and the bottom drawer of the fridge was broken. These are easy fixes and would certainly not keep us from renting this unit in the future!

The condo was beautiful! I totally did not expect to have beach chairs and stuff for us to use but it did. There was even sand toys for my kids to play with. So cool. The view is amazing! Almost like looking out the window of a cruise ship and seeing the ocean. So beautiful!

Wonderful unit, clean with nice furniture and a fantastic location. Condo was nicely stocked with lots of towels and kitchen supplies. Did have a big cooler, umbrella and some beach chairs (we left 2 new ones also) available which was great since we flew. Property manager couldn't tell me any of that was available before we arrived however, but guess they don't know what's still available. Would stay here again!

Well kept condo on the beach. Clean and great service. Front desk helped noise problem above us. Pool and beach always clean. Kitchen well stocked, even had salt and pepper. Things for play at beach included. King size mattress needs to be replaced. Otherwise great place!!!We will be back!!!

Would be a 5 except for the noise from other condos. We never could figure out where it was coming from. Family staying above us said it wasn't them. Sounding like people moving furniture and stomping around. Everything else was great- view, furnishings, location, beach.

The condo and Redington Shores was awesome! First family vacation with all our kids in several year we had a great time and plan on booking this location again!! Plenty of room for a family of 8!! We were just a little disappointed that the pier was out of commission!! Something we should have checked on before we booked. Fishing beside the pier was great my son actually caught a Red Drummer, beautiful fish!!

We enjoyed our stay here on the beach. The condo was nicely decorated and well appointed with kitchen and bathroom necessities. There were many fun sand toys for the kids and games and puzzles to help occupy them , which was a nice bonus! Unfortunately we had some very loud upstairs guests that were disruptive . Overall it is a very nice condo on a very beautiful beach!
