Sand Dollar 506

We booked 2 different condos in July 2025. We had 505 and 506. Wonderful spaces with great views of the Gulf and close proximity to the beach and pool. Friendly staff and the property is very clean! We will be back! Thanks

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and pleasant condo. Lots of Space. Pool was very nice and hot tub too. Plenty of seating in pool area.

Our room was very nice. Very clean and very spacious. The overall condition of the site was also very nice considering the recent storm damage. Overall the Sand Dollar was a great place for our family vacation

The staff at Sand Dollar were especially friendly on duty or off. They made our stay so enjoyable even though some of the amenities were damaged or destroyed from the hurricane. The grilling area was usable after the flooding. It was fine. As stated before, the area was ravaged by two hurricanes and I was thankful they relocated us to a unit that was open after our building further south was not ready. They gave us a generous discount due to the pool and hot tub were not available due to damage from hurricanes. I would recommend this group for future stays in St. Pete.

Everything was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.Our unit was very nice, up to date. We greatly enjoyed our beautiful view from the balcony. Will definitely be back next year.

Not enough comfortable chairs in living area. Table & chairs too large to use on balcony. Could use a 2nd elevator.

We have stayed here for years and loved every minute. we have stayed in Sand Dollar 506 almost every time. We love it because we can sit on the deck in the morning and watch the dolphins or walk on the beach. The kids love it because it the the best of both worlds-pool and beach. The location is close enough to get to anything you want to do-Disney- Sea World, Bush Gardens etc. I would highly recommend it.

I've rented many times at Sand Dollar and have never been disappointed! I normally rent the 3-bedroom with the bedroom right on the beach, but for this lengthy stay I decided to rent a 2-bedroom. The living area is very large in comparison and it had everything I needed. Sand Dollar is in a great location with easy access to both Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. I'm sure I'll be back again soon!

Friends came from the UK to spend a couple of weeks with us. We decided to get away to the beach for a few days and found the Sand Dollar. It was perfect for what we wanted. The place was clean, fully equipped and right on top of the beach. Who could ask for more? Loved it!!

We have stayed at the Sand Dollar several times and have never had a bad experience. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The condo was spacious, clean and had a great view. The air stopped working and maintenance responded quickly and fixed the issue. We definitely plan to continue staying at the Sand Dollar for future trips.

Overall experience was great. 1st day air conditioner and TV not working. AC fixed as soon as reported and TV took 2 days. I have stayed in other rentals and beach lounge chairs were provided on the beach. There were small chairs in unit but often difficult to get in and out of. Because of this spent more time at pool. Rental of chairs extremely expensive

The condo was in a perfect location and was big enough for my husband, myself and my 3 grandkids. The grandkids loved the fact that there was a pool right there and also were able to go play in the sand and water. I loved the convenience of the whole place

We have stayed in different units managed by JC and everyone of them was very well maintained and exactly as advertised. The after hours checkin was very easy and staff were very accommodating when we requested one at the last minute.We will definitely look to them again for future trips to the area.

Our room was amazing!! We had an oceanfront view condo with tons of space inside. There were also extra chairs and toys which we appreciated very much. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. This was one of the best rooms we've stayed in!!!

Very nice resort! Our unit was very spacious! Plenty of room to move around and not be crowded. The tile work in the bathrooms and the countertops are beautiful! Had all the amenities you'd need, plenty of cookware and dishes, washer/dryer was very convenient, and the staff is super friendly and helpful! We had a late check in and early check out and both went flawlessly. Would definitely recommend and stay again! LOVED IT!

We stayed at the Sand Dollar for the week of July 4th! The location was top notch! We loved being right on the beach. Our only complaint was that it was Beach Week and teenagers crowded the beach which was fine but they left behind trash and destruction. The condo security did their best to monitor the pool and private beach area. We will stay again just maybe not during beach week.

This was our first trip to Indian shores and the Sand Dollar did NOT disappoint. We were on the 5th floor. The condo was very clean and spacious with a beautiful view. It's located right on the beach with a pool and hot tub on the property as well. We will definitely be back!

Our condo (506) had been remodeled in all areas but the master bedroom, which needed an update of bedding, mattresses, lighting, and carpet. The main living area was delightful and BIG, nice kitchen, and overlooked beach and ocean. Property was clean and neat. Downside: only one elevator for the five floors.
