Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 409 is a BRONZE Tier two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental has a comfortable décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 409 offers a full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a tub shower combo in the both bathrooms. 409 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 405 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM (Regardless of what it may state elsewhere) CHECK-OUT BY 10AM

A Great Getaway

Note to the Owner of 18500 Gulf shore Room 409: FR carpet badly stained. Sofa needs to be thrown out. Chairs need cleaning. We sat at dining room table to avoid back problems from using them. The other rooms were very nice. We loved every thing else about the Sand Dollar & plan to stay again but definitely not in Room 409! Great pool and sauna. Family friendly. 5 stars to the resort-3 stars to room 409 (it could be a 5 star if the owner of that condo did upgrades on the family room and laundry room.

The Good - the property management team listened to my concerns and provided immediate solutions. They replaced faulty appliances - dryer, microwave, and refrigerator. The facility is cleaned and maintained daily. The staff was extremely helpful reserving next years reservations. The Bad - the couch was unacceptable.The Ugly - I know its hard to regulate, but I thought smoking was prohibited on the property. Each room has signs designating the rooms as smoke free, but rooms near us constantly were smoking all day long which affected us enjoying the deck at any time.

A great stay with the family! The pool is spacious and clean. The Jacuzzi is large, and perfect! The beach was wonderful, and so close to the room. Everything is at your fingertips! The room is spacious and perfect. We had a great day! The staff was very friendly and very informative, thank you!

My experience was really good. My family enjoy the location and the view. My recommendation is to provide a list of items that are not included for the renter to be aware of and also to purchase prior arrival.

Had a wonderful relaxing time. Drapes need to be repaired.Hallway lights need to be adjusted.TVs need to be upgraded.Would be nice to have two beach chairs to use.

Excellent staff, location, value. Being vulnerable to the only elevator's spotty functionality was unexpected and problematic. Since the Jones team has good legs and lungs this was not a major issue, but making full disclosure to new renters looking at higher floor units might be a good idea. Also, better hall monitoring due to toys, coolers, etc. left outside some units. A trip hazard that went unnoticed by the staff for more than 24 hours.

We had a great experience- the view can't be beat! The condo itself needs updating. I was also not fond of carpeting in the condo at a beach location. However, it was comfortable and suited our needs. The elevator on the property is slow, and there is only one for the entire property, making check in and out a nightmare. Overall, this is a decent property to stay at for the price.
