Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 401 is a GOLD rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf View vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor SOUTH EAST CORNER vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes an extra large, private Gulf Side View balcony with a partial view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach and the intercoastal waterway. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent weather!

Vacation rental 401 offers a full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 401 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 401 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM (Regardless of what it may state elsewhere) CHECK-OUT BY 10AM

We had three adults and two children on our trip (a family of four + a grandparent). We had a great experience! Our three bedroom/two bathroom unit was perfect for our trip! There were beach towels, chairs, and toys in our unit. I loved that we could see the Gulf from the pool. We travelled with three other families and all had a great experience. Having one elevator was sometimes a limitation but we are all able to take the stairs so it wasn't a concern for us. Would highly recommend. We will be back!

Our stay in 401 was great. A few hiccups, but everything was addressed in a timely manner. Only thing I would request is the unit had a Kerurig coffee machine. We can't wait for next year.

We had a fantastic week at Sand Dollar! Unit 401 was just what we were hoping for! We loved the balcony space— much bigger than it seemed in the pix. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, nice furniture, excellent water pressure in showers, great pool/hot tub area, and of course the beautiful beach. The staff with JC Resort were extremely friendly and helpful, too! We would love to come back!

We can't say enough good things about Sand Dollar 401. It was very clean, updated and had a wonderful wrap around balcony. The unit was well stocked with beach towels and kitchen accessories. The staff at the front desk and the manager were super helpful and friendly too! We had a terrific stay and will be back. Thank you!

My husband, 4 kids, and sister rented Sand Dollar 401 for a week. The condo was beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for all of us. Balcony was wonderful. Water pressure in the master shower was fantastic!

Our vacation was absolutely wonderful!!! The condo was beautiful, newly updated, well furnished, and was above our expectations! The staff is excellent, and very kind and helpful! Thank you to all for a great vacation.

Our stay was excellent, and had only 1 small complaint. What was the purpose of being issued bracelets if nobody wore them and who was checking if you did? If you didn't hand them back you were charged $20 for a dollar bracelet. I find that ridiculous.

We recently retired and wanted to spend some time in Florida this past winter. The Sand Dolar is a great facility and its location to things to do is perfect. The unit was exactly what it was described as and very clean and well maintained. The Staff, especially Holly were very nice and helpful. We have already booked again for next year.

Brought my college swim team for a week. Everything was fabulous. The staff was so kind and helpful. The condos were clean and nicely furnished. The location was fantastic. We will be back.

Condo was very well stocked although we had to move some things around to make room in cabinets for groceries. As everyone else has mentioned there is only 1 elevator for the entire building and although is was fall break we didn't have to wait long.

We had a great stay at the Sand Dollar Feb/March 2021. Management is always wonderful and very helpful. The only problem we found was that when we moved the balcony furniture to face the gulf, there was a lot of dirt and cigarette butts under the loveseat. Beware though that due to covid, there is no cleaning crew during your stay. I understand this but thought it should have been easier to exchange sheets and towels for clean ones. Considering that this is a service that Im sure is part of the rental fee, something should have been set up for clean sheets and towels. This would not keep me from going back. The complex and management are great!
