Love this condo! Beautiful view, clean well maintained unit. The building is going through some painting among other renovations but the noise was kept to a minimum which was appreciated. This is one of the best maintaining properties I have stayed and will be back! Thank you!

Unit was very nice, clean and comfortable. I thought it was in a great location, away from commercial area. Easy 5 minute drive to restaurants. Etc. I enjoy the quiet, less busy areas. Pool and beach were great.

They were very up front with possible noise from repair to the parking areas. None on the weekend and minimal during the week. Very nice condo with an awesome view.

Although there is still some garage construction going on, they were very upfront about it and noise was minimal during the weekday. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Pool and hot tube were great but the beach was even better!

Well, major damage at street level. No pool or hot tub but arrangements were made to accommodate us 2 doors down. Not the same but doable. The condo was fine with a very nice view of the Gulf of Mexico beach and evening sunsets.

Just spent 12 days at Sand Dollar and had a great holiday. We've been staying in various condo complexes for several years and this is one of the best complexes and condo units we have spent time in. Upon arrival, the unit was freshly cleaned and ready for our stay.All the rooms in the units were spacious for our group of 7. The master and 2nd bedrooms had lots of space and storage, and even the 3rd bedroom was roomy. Given we had 7 adults in the unit, we never felt that we were in top of eachother. All the bedroom closets were large and contained a variety of beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys. The beds were all comfortable as well.The kitchen was one of the best outfitted we've stayed with kitchenware: lots of dinnerware, glasses, knives, pots/pans. Having both a Kuerig and coffee maker was a bonus. The living room was comfortable and had plenty of seating for everyone to gather to watch tv in the evenings.The large beach-facing balcony was great to watch beautiful sunsets on the comfy patio chairs.It was great to have the JC Resort office on the property, as we could easily stop by the office with any questions we had...and it was lovely to meet all the ladies that we had dealt with in booking the unit. They are all lovely and go the extra mile. The beach was in great condition (Dec 2024), and the property is almost back to original since the storms.Parking was always plentiful as well.Already looking to book our next stay at the Sand Dollar.

After helping us with a place to stay when a loved one had heart problems the other place wouldn't let us stay we reached out to The Sand dollar and got us a place to stay going back a fourth to the hospital.

We rented Sand Dollar Condo #310 (3 bd/2 ba) in Indian Shores, FL. Located very close to many restaurants,shopping areas, etc. Our condo was on the 3rd floor right above the pool with a great view out to the beach and Gulf. The sunset is spectacular from this west exposure. The condo amenities were perfect for our party of six. Management personnel were very friendly and helpful. Had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend this property.

My growing family has been growing up at the Sand Dollar. My husband grew up vacationing in Pass-a-Grille. After we married and started having kids, we found a much better experience at the Sand Dollar (starting in 2000 with 4 kids). We have been returning every other year, having 2 more kids along the way. As the kids have grown and married, we get 2 condos, but can make and share meals in the well-supplied kitchens. Each and every family member loves this vacation rental. Being directly on the beach is a huge plus. Having the pool and hot tub helps everyone to have an amazing time. The sand is the softest and the pier is great for fishing and sunset pictures. I can relax and read and everyone is happy at the beach, wading, snorkeling, riding the waves, building sandcastles, reading, relaxing, shelling, watching birds. You can easily get to your room, if needed. The condos have lots of space for the family to prepare great meals and sleep peacefully. Solid, consistent management, and well-maintained property.

Our stay at the Sand Dollar is always the best! You can count on the units being clean and comfortable, the staff being very pleasant and helpful and having ljust an all-around good experience! We've been there many times!

We have stayed in the complex for over 15 years for Spring Break. We loved the amenities and location! The ladies in the front office are ALWAYS AWESOME!! They always take care of any needs we have, and go above and beyond when needed.We stayed in unit 310. The unit was well-stocked with all that we needed! The only small complaint we have is the master bed was extremely loud to get into and out of. I know that seems strange, but I have never had a bed be so loud getting into and out of it.

The week we rented condo 203 and 310 was good as always except for the water issue we had in 203 for most of the time.Working with the front desk all was looked after we just kept our sandals on all the time.

Condo needs new mattress in master bedroom. Tiles near sliding glass doors are loose. The pool was filled with sand everyday, the water was clean but all the sand made it look dirty. The pool deck needs to be pressure washed. Location is amazing.

This was our third year at the property. We love the peacefulness of the beach and Sand Dollar property. The property is well maintained. The management staff is very friendly and professional. We enjoyed taking the trolley along Gulf Blvd to enjoy shopping and eating at the local restaurants.

Sand Dollar 310 is a lovely condo with everything we needed. It is in a wonderful location with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Sand Dollar is located in a quieter area but that is one of the things we like about it. We choose to rent vacation condos through JC Resorts as their standards and care for their clients are top notch. Any problems are taken care of immediately. We have been renting through JC Resorts for the past 15 years and would highly recommend them for vacation condo rentals.

The condo was very nice. It was clean, kitchen stocked well, laundry room, beach chairs and toys a plus, plenty of room for the family and the balcony with views of the ocean was priceless. The pool and spa were very nice. The staff was very friendly. My granddaughter enjoyed her cookies and loved the sun glasses. This was our second time staying at Sand Dollar. We will definelty be back. The location, restaurants were very good, John's Pass rigth down the street, miniature golf and many beaches to visit.

We had fabulous weather snd always love being there!!!Staff are fabulous and always try their best. We brought up some concerns with our unit in terms of insufficient kitchen supplies. I'm sure they will be addressed for next year. For a silver unit, furniture getting very tired and area rug was filthy. It was challenging to keep unit clean with no mop, pail, toilet brush etc. Stay safe!

We have stayed at the Sand Dollar many times, also have stayed in this unit previously. Rental experience is easy, all documents handled over email. Checking in then just takes a minute.

I love spending time at the Sand Dollar. This year I was there for Christmas. I saw Santa Claus walking down the beach with Mrs. Claus from my balcony.All the children on the beach were so excited.The pool and the hot tub are always well taken care in additional to the grounds. They have a volleyball court on the beautiful white sand beach and also a fishing pier for guests only.I have stayed at several different condos at Sand Dollar and they have all been very well taken care of. Holly and Annette in the office are very professional. My reservation and even late arrivalinstructions where addressed with no problems.Sand Dollar is definitely my home away from home.

We have stayed at the Sand Dollar many times for about 13 years. Condo was clean and nicely updated. Great location. Our only complaint was trying to get the gate to the beach open. It took several tries to get the code working to open the gate. We tried the other gate which took a key, but that one was difficult to open also.

Entire family loved the condo. Spacious, clean and exactly as described. Beautiful ocean view from spacious balcony. The only negative I have is I wish there were more elevators. 1 elevator is not enough when there are a lot of people checking in and out. But overall this is great condo and highly recommend. Staff is very pleasant

We had a great time from start to finish! Great office staff very friendly! We had a 3 bedroom condo #310 it was very nice!! Clean & ready for our stay! We were facing the beach so it was nice to have coffee on the balcony in the morning. Love how easy it was to get to the pool and the beach! Just a few steps away! We will definitely be back!

Sand Dollar 310 is a very nice, updated condo with a great view. We loved waking up and sitting on the balcony having morning coffee and watching the sunset in the evening. I liked using the fishing pier, but I do wish it was longer. The surf fishing was great. Also had some good luck while metal detecting on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in SD310. The ladies at the front desk are so nice welcoming, and helpful! It's a lovely condo, and is well equipped with everything you need for the kitchen. The views from both inside the condo and the balcony are so beautiful--sunsets, beach and ocean as far as you can see! Be sure to bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. Also, if something goes wrong, maintenance is right there to help out. My only suggestion would be to maybe update some of the furniture cushions. They are getting a little flat. Otherwise, you'll love your stay here.
