We had a wonderful 3 weeks. The weather could not have been better, sunny skies, hot/warm temperatures, calm gulf, warm pool, therapeutic hot tub, friendly staff, Holly & Annette,and the other workers in the office and grounds worker. The view of the sunset from the balcony was amazing.There was a lot of construction rebuilding the garages while we were there but it had to have been done and we look forward to bathrooms being completed by next October. We are anxious to return, as we have already booked for October in 2026.

We have been staying at the Sand Dollar for many March Breaks. We have always enjoyed our visit and were happy with our condo this year. Glad the pool was operational for half of our visit. The staff at the front desk were awesome!

Our unit 309 was very nice but could use a little updating. Dishwasher and dryer did not work great. Room darking curtains in bedrooms due to security lights. Balcony chair nice but could have been taller so you were not looking through rails. Office and maintenance staff was friendly. Loved covered picnic area large enough to accommodate large family's. Beautiful beach not super crowded. Nice pool and hot tub. Facility very clean. Great location peaceful short drive to stores and restaurants.

Perfect stay! I have been coming here for over 30 years. I love the Sand Dollar and highly recommend for a wonderful, relaxed vacation��.There are great restaurants near by~ lots of places to go & see.

The SandDollar in Indian Shores is an amazing facility, location and views were excellent. The staff could not be more attentive to any of the concerns that were brought to their attention. Our Two week visit to the SandDollar, Unit 309, was not without some major concerns ie not enough hot water for 4 people to shower back to back and the air conditioning did not seem to be working property, although the management team did try to address these concerns we were still left without proper air conditioning and the hot water issue was not resolved. The unit definitely needs some TLC.having said this we were compensated for our inconvenience and would not hesitate to return to the SandDollar but perhaps not Unit 309

Location was perfect, overlooking the pool and the Gulf. The condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach chairs. Everything was perfect!

Check in was a breeze...we were looking coy enough to get in n a little early. Unit was spacious and beautifully maintained. The JC Resorts staff were all courteous and friendly...helped and resolved any issues that we had with the unit quickly. Maintenance staff responded quickly as well.

This was our 4th time spending the week of Thanksgiving at the Sand Dollar. This was the first time to stay in 309 and was very satisfied with all of the room in this condo. Beautiful view of the beach/ocean and plenty of beach chairs in the condo for our use. The management company employees are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in 309 for the past 3 years. The office staff is amazing, friends, and very accommodating. Annette was very efficient to send maintenance up to repair anything that needed fixed. The other office ladies were very courteous also. Holly is a great manager. The view was the balcony was terrific for the view of the beautiful sunsets as well as watching for dolphins while enjoying breakfast there. The condo, 309, is spacious and although a few thing in the kitchen need updated as far as the spigot needs to be replaced. A Kuerig would be appreciated. People staying there are very friendly and we have made friends that we look forward to seeing again every October. The Sand Dollar feels like home. It is also in a great location.

Check in was easy. The door to the unit has an electronic key pad so you don't have to fumble for a key. The unit had plenty of space. Look forward to staying there again.

If you're looking for a place like home to stay on direct ocean front ...this is it! Ocean by day pool and hot tub at night and lots to do in the area!

I would highly recommend 309, it is very spacious, beautiful condo. Upon arrival check in was very smooth. This condo has everything you need to be able to cook, there was a cooler, chairs, and umbrella for the beach. I can't thank the owner enough for such an amazing place to stay.

We had an absolute fabulous time on vacation. The condo layout was one of the best we have stayed in and was very clean. The management company was wonderful to work with. The only complaint I have is the beds - the beds were not comfortable.

This was my family's 4th trip to Indian Rocks/Sand Dollar, and as always, it was a wonderful time! The Sand Dollar is a great property. Always well-maintained and clean, great customer service at the front desk, rooms are great, and the location is convenient to everything you need. This year a large group of our family rented 4 different condos in the same week, and each condo was great. We always recommend this location to friends!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar on our firstFamily vacation. We absolutely loved the pier and beach access, it was great for shade for the little ones. We loved the pool area as well, perfect size for little ones. The only negative thing I have to say is the elevator situation. It's so slow with only one and all those people checking in and out or just going to the beach and have a cart to take down with you. I get it because the elevator is secure so just no one can get in but still kind of a pain.

Delightful! So relaxing and comfortable. The beds were wonderful, no trouble at all falling asleep after spending our days on the gorgeous beach. Nights spent at the pool and hot tub a plus! Several wonderful restaurants within a very short drive. Loved the area overall, very nice and no traffic to speak of. Easy to get around and explore. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. This was everything a trip to the beach should be! Already planning another trip soon to this property

We really enjoyed this condo. Very roomy and clean. Well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, washer/dryer very convenient. Nice complex and great views.

We were very happy with our vacation. Sand Dollar was very clean and well kept, the staff was great. Our only problem was the fact that the furniture in the unit we were in was not in the best shape but I guess that is to be expected in a rental unit.
