Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 305 is a GOLD rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 3rd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 305 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include two queen beds in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in both the main bathroom and guest bathroom. 305 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 305 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

The pool area and hot tub were damaged in the hurricanes. So we were able to use the pool next door. It was not a major inconvenience but the weather was a little chilly anyways. The condo itself is lovely. The Staff is the absolute best. We travel with my 92 year old mom. This is her 3rd year. They do everything possible to make her stay pleasant and help us to make that happen wherever able. The awe so pleasant and kind. We highly recommend Sand Dollar.

We have been going to the Sand Dollar for our sorority girl's' weekend for the last 25 year at least - maybe a little longer. We ALWAYS have a great time. The units are always comfortable and well kept and the management and staff are great and accommodating. We hope to go for another 25 years!

Everything is always a good experience at Sand Dollar. The condos are right on the beach and face the gulf. They are always clean and as promised and if anything is needed, the office and maintenance staff will see that it is done. We have always enjoyed our stay at Sand Dollar.

The condo is exactly as seen in the pictures. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Beds are extremely comfortable. Everything you need is there. My family were in the pool and hot tub every day. Collected shells on the beach during their walks. So many restaurants to choose from we never ate at the same place twice during our 2 week stay. Best family vacation ever. Thank You to the hosts and the Sanddollar resort for making our stay so enjoyable.

As a family, we typically look to enjoy a week together at the Sand Dollar. This is something we've done for the past 20+ years. At times we need multiple condo units, but for 2023 we only needed Condo Unit 305. The unit received an owners update a few years ago, which makes this condo great for six adults. The staff at JC Resorts is always friendly, helpful, and willing to immediate care for any concerns. Looking forward to our stays in 2024.

We enjoyed the condo. It was beautifully decorated. But needed a good thorough cleaning. The ceiling fans, under all beds(there were toys under them along with the dust and fuzz). The dryer vent needed cleaning. It took clothes several hours to dry. The bathroom vents were covered in dust. However, the views were fantastic.

The unit was spacious and clean. Loved the view and access to the pier. Children enjoyed the pool and playing volleyball. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Our vacation was amazing! The Staff at the property incredibly friendly. Location was great. Holly from the team was quick to respond. We traveled with my 90 year old Mom. The team was so nice and helpful. The unit 305 was just lovely. Beautiful inside and out. This entire experience was a 10+

Great experience. Very clean and comfortable! Included every amenity needed. Whole family loved it. #305 is just high enough. Great view of lighted pier at night, but not overly bright. Close to elevator exit and private.

We have been going to the Sanddollar for 18 yrs for spring trips and for several yrs spring & fall. The folks who work there are fantastic & always very friendly. The condos are clean & provide most things needed for cooking & eating in if you like. . Wonderful sunsets over the Gulf to watch on the deck or beach.

San Dollar is always a great place to stay JC staff are always very nice and helpful (great people) The unit needs some attention light bulbs burned out the ones that work do not match picture frames are broke and grout needs a deep cleaning also unit needs painted and has loose tiles on patio. I do not fill this unit is at the gold standards I`ve come to experience with JC Resorts.

We enjoyed our vacation tremendously at Sanddollar unit 305 The unit was very clean & well stocked with everything you need including beach towels , beach chairs . This unit has queen beds in all 3 bedrooms & would really like to have king bed in master but that is the owners choice so ! Also the decks are beautiful looking out over the warm sunny Gulf & it gets very hot there so umbrella would be a huge plus for sitting on deck which we do everyday after the beach . We will be back in the fall .

Too many words to describe The Sand Dollar but I'll try! The beautiful white sands, surf, and extraordinary views. Restuarants and bars in walking distance. Great pizza, Beach Pizza Plus is place we can't miss, they deliver. Guppy's for a nice seat down. Mini golf near & rentals. Our condo has everything you need for a visit, clean, supplied amenities and the staff are so delightful and welcoming. Don't forget to visit at least a couple of times John's Pass for some fun shopping. From the condo you can sink your toes into the smooth sand or enter the pier for some fishing or relaxing. I'd like to keep this place a secret for myself but I'll share, it's a beautiful experience.
