Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 304 is a GOLD rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 3rd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 304 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. The main bath offers a walk-in shower. There is a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 304 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 304 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

We have been vacationing at Sand Dollar for 25 years. This stay was the usual high standard of SD. Our only challenge was that the internet in the bedrooms was very poor signal strength. The unit was in perfect condition

Loved the condo. This is our 3rd time staying at sand dollar. All 3 different unite though. All have been very nice. Clean. Zero bugs , updated. Beds are comfortable unit 304 was the best equipped with kitchen utensils , ect.. towels and beach stuff. Only thing master shower needs more water pressure .. Love unit 109 also!

Very pleasant and well appointed unit. High end furnishings and everything you need in the kitchen for a weeks worth of meals. Everything was very clean and laundry was a bonus. The place itself was so comfortable that we felt like we were at home. Great for a families... whether you want to spend time together or just have some quiet time. Condo is in the perfect location for easy access to restaurants and sightseeing areas like Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Can't beat the view from the balcony especially during the sunset. The pier is owned by the condo and a nice touch. Pool and hot tub are well-maintained and were enjoyable all week. The staff from JC management were super helpful, polite and always interested in how our stay was going. We would recommend staying at one of their properties and definitely in this unit.

Condo 304 at Sand Dollar was a comfortable place to gather and have fun with family. We love the pier and the access to both the gulf and inner coastal waterways for fishing for the kids. The sand dollar is kept up well and the staff is very helpful.

The sand dollar resort is very nice, well maintained and very secure. The staff were superior with their service. We stayed in condo 304 and it was beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed since we flew and couldn't bring a ton of stuff with us. The beach was clean, and very close walk from the pool to the ocean. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great hospitality.

304 was a very beautiful unit with everything you could want or need there. Plenty of kitchen utensils, cookware & dishes . Lots of beach towels & other beach items for kids to enjoy ! Comfortable furniture on deck & inside. Would love to see the owners put a table on the deck for eating outside ?

we were so pleased with the condo location, and extremely happy with the furnishings which were top notch. The kitchen was well supplied with enough dishes, cups, glasses and silver ware and the extras. Having the washer and dryer was a huge plus and appreciated the beach towels. Wish we hadn't brought our own. The chairs came in handy for the beach as rentals were pricey I thought. Angela and the front desk were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Weather was beautiful and water was wonderful, we rented for two weeks but second week we were in our first Hurricane Ian, which shot our second week and had to evacuate to Orlando. Angela was so helpful in giving us information on other hotels to book right away before the evacuation was mandatory. The whole rental procedure from finding JC on the internet to our early unfortunate departure was 5 star all the way. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to use again ourself.

We have stayed a number of times at the Sand Dollar. Unit 304 is truly a Gold experience. Outfitted with guests in mind to meet and exceed expectations.One limiting factor was the cell phone connectivity which had to do with ATT carrier. If you are having a 'working vacation' which I was, it was very limiting.In addition, it was frustrating some days to not have any chairs or umbrellas available as many of the chairs were 'reserved' with towels on them, even though they were not always being occupied. A couple of more umbrella areas would be a nice to have.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time.The reception at the front desk when we arrived was outstanding with excellent instructions and friendly faces.

Sand Dollar 304 was in my top two vacation properties I ever stayed at. Newly remodeled with great kitchen that is adequately equipped with cookware. Grilling areas in the back are perfect. The view is outstanding since even when sitting at the dining table you can always see the palm tree and private pier which are directly in front of the balcony. Oh yeah, the internet login info is by the beverage cooler.

The condo was very nicely decorated and very clean. The views are perfect and the sunsets are fabulous. Everything you need is there. This condo is very large and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Office staff very nice and helpful. Check in and out very easy. Location is excellent. You won't be disappointed.

Location was good, beach was nice, staff was friendly. Our condo was nice & equipped with everything we needed, & then some. The heated pool was great to have, as well. The building only has one elevator... we were on the 3rd floor so we we always used the stairs... It was just more convenient for us. The location of the building provided a beautiful sunrise/sunset view. We enjoyed our stay:)

The condo was very nicely decorated and very clean. The views are perfect and the sunsets are fabulous. Everything you need is there. This condo is very large and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Office staff very nice and helpful. Check in and out very easy. Location is excellent. You won't be disappointed.

Location was good, beach was nice, staff was friendly. Our condo was nice & equipped with everything we needed, & then some. The heated pool was great to have, as well. The building only has one elevator... we were on the 3rd floor so we we always used the stairs... It was just more convenient for us. The location of the building provided a beautiful sunrise/sunset view. We enjoyed our stay:)
