Sand Dollar 202

We have stayed at Ram Sea for many many years but they are still experiencing construction from the hurricane. JC Resorts mentioned Sand Dollar and we are SOLD! Room 202 had so much light and felt just like home. Only downside was the palm tree out the balcony to partially block some of the gulf view but not enough to take a star away. Absolutely wonderful!

We had an incredible 2 weeks at the Sand Dollar. The staff was friendlier and more accommodating than any staff we have come across in our 20+ years of coming to the area. The room was by the nices, most updated condo we have stayed in as well. We are looking forward to staying there next year for 2 weeks as well and will try to stay in this room each and every year.

While truly not knowing what to expect when we decided to keep our February visit, we found the Sand Dollar to be our usual great winter escape. We were amazed at the clean up following Hurricane Helena. Yes, it was still a work in progress, but that didn't effective our usual rest and relaxed time. The office ladies at the desk (as always) are great. This year Holly, Annetta, and Dee had their patience levels truly stretched because we had loads of questions concerning the hurricane, clean up, and the progress being made. Truly, they didn't have to let us know anything, but took the time to share the experience with us. The custodian kept everything clean and inviting. We broke a personal lawn chair while there and while fixable, we didn't have the necessary tool. We ask the maintenance director, David, about borrowing if they had what we needed.... Sand Dollar did not have the tool, but he had what we needed at home and brought it after his lunch break. WAY above and beyond what one might expect. The PEOPLE that work in and around the Sand Dollar make it what it is-one of the best places to stay on the beach.

Sand Dollar by J C Resorts is our place to stay in Florida. We were at Sand Dollar 202 the last week in January 2025 and it was everything we wanted. The view was beachfront with a furnished balcony and everything inside the condo was clean and comfortable. And as always the office staff always takes care of any needs immediately. We wouldn't rent a condo anywhere else.

This was our second year at the Sand Dollar and first year in unit 202. We booked again for next year and were bummed unit 202 wasn't available! It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and updated! The unit has beach towels however you may want to bring or purchase sand toys, a cooler, and any additional items you may need for your stay. Everything else is provided!

We had a wonderful time the condo we rented was beautiful! We even booked for next year already. The staff in the office was amazing and so friendly. I loved that the pier was for guests only.

Our stay at the Sand Dollar was 5 STAR as usual. The front desk is great in explaining how keys/keyless entry works, pool procedures, etc. They also know the area well and are very accommodating in helping in all situations.Our condo was VERY CLEAN upon our arrival-it always is. The kitchen is well stocked as is the towel supply for bathing and pool needs. I have only one negative but it is an important one... at mid-afternoon both pool restrooms were out of bathroom tissue. I notified the front desk and was told that they didn't handle that and that I needed to find the maintenance person-WOW!!! How about cell connections to the maintenance crew ???

Very clean and perfectly decorated !! Only negative was the location ..... the smell of barbecue stater fluid when lite by guests ....too close to bbq's!

We had a lovely week at the Sand Dollar 202! The unit has lovely furnishings, well stocked kitchen and lots of storage in the bathroom and bedrooms! Everything was very clean! There is the top of a palm tree outside the balcony. The photos are accurate so you can see that when the chairs are positioned on the north side, there is still a great view of the beach/water/sunset! The people from the management company were always very helpful.

We visited in mid April for the first time and would absolutely stay here again. The condo was exceptionally clean, pool and hot tub area were great, easy beach access, just an overall great choice for our family of 5. We left some beach toys and a cooler and hope other guests will continue to pass them on!

Such a large and beautiful condo. So easy for two family privacy. Bedrooms were large and so comfortable. View was perfection!! Condo decor was perfect.Staff was so friendly and helpful.

We have been coming to the Sand Dollar for over thirty five years. Only a week over spring break when the kids were small until now we can stay the month of February since we are retired. Just gets better every year, maybe because of my age!!
