Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 110 is a Gold rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 110 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include 2 queen beds in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 110 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 110 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

We have been coming to the Sand Dollar in Indian Shores for many years. It is the best Gulf Front Condo facility ever!! It is family friendly, the staff are all wonderful and accommodating. During our most recent visit in August 2025, we stayed in Condo 110. The condo is nicely decorated, had beach chairs and towels provided, a fully stocked kitchen with appliance and dishes for us to cook and eat in instead of going out to eat, and we loved the washer/dryer for convenience in washing all of our clothes. The condo is literally right on the beach and very convenient to all the amenities you need.

The 3 bedroom condo had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, etc. along with a dishwasher to clean everything up. The pool was warm and it was great to see all the landscaping being completed and returning this beautiful property to its condition prior to the hurricane.

The staff was friendly and professional. The shower drains were slow draining and backed up so you had to stand to stand in dirty water. Also I wish guest in the complex would adhere to the pool dust rules. Families had their children in the pool until 10 pm screaming and yelling.

We loved our winter getaway at Sand Dollar. Our accommodations were perfect and met all of our needs. Our family that visited for a few days had a wonderful time and can't wait to return next year. The property was clean and well maintained and the customer service was excellent. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and it was corrected immediately! The staff is very helpful and we would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you so much, Sand Dollar!!!

We have stayed at the Sand Dollar for 20 yrs. Every year is just as amazing as the first. Always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are always amazing and helpful. We have stayed in room 110 many times and it's always so nice. Very clean, beds are comfortable, the room itself is wonderful. Always enjoy our stay there.

This is our 5th time staying at the Sand Dollar and we love it here. We have stayed in different units, but this time we stayed in Unit 110. It could use some slight updating as far as painting, and we felt they could use a nice chair in the living room. When you have a 3-bedroom unit, a chair should be mandatory, along with the sofa and loveseat. Other than that, we loved staying there. The office staff are fantastic and are so helpful. We're already looking forward to our stay next February.

Great experience! Staff was amazing - facilities are clean and view is spectacular. Add in a few dolphins swimming off pier makes a spectacular week!

We've been coming to this area and also have stayed at the Sand Dollar for the last 10 years minus 2020 because of covid, we love the location of the Sand Dollar. The staff has always been great. #110 is a nice unit. It's clean. The kitchen is pretty well stocked except for taller drinking glasses (wine glasses are well stocked), knives and we would've loved to have a broom to sweep up the sand. There is a vacuum that was there when we rented it years ago, it's still there but that doesn't do much for sand. We had some issues with a plugged toilet when we first got there, but our guess is that previous renters were using something other than toilet paper. After working on it for awhile my husband (because maintenance wasn't there) got it working. Also, be careful with the refrigerator, don't overload it with warm drinks, it won't keep up. Our stay was great, it accommodated 8 adults perfectly! The view from this unit was the best part of our stay!! We will be back next year! :)

We 5 ladies recommend staying at the Sand Dollar. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated, the pool was maintained immaculately, the beach was amazing and the pier provided shade which was a pleasant surprise. There are many excellent restaurants a few minutes away. We especially would like to recognize the incredible staff, DENNIS, HOLLY, ANNETTE, and TC who all excelled in their hospitality skills. They made us feel welcome and when we called with a few maintenance issues, they responded immediately. From the moment we arrived until we left, they made our vacation memorable and wonderful!!!

The weather was great. The condo was right above the pool. The beds were very comfortable, clean and the rooms were nicely decorated. We also enjoyed how spacious it was. Would give it a 4+ rating.
