We have used JC Resort Management the past 7 years and have always found them easy to work with. They represent some lovely properties of which we have stayed at 4 or 5.

Over very satisfied with the condo. Everything worked but the garbage disposer and the dish washer but we didn't need to use them so we were good. Everything looked very clean. I would recommend this condo to anyone that would like would like to stay at redington beach. Beach was nice too.

Loved condo 511. It was an awesome unit. Roomy, clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the Gulf. Perfect view of the beautiful sunrise and sunset everyday.

Very pleasant time in the well equipped and maintained condominium. Perfect location on the beach makes every morning feel like in paradise.

Our unit was roomy and very clean. The beach is literally steps from the rooms. My only suggestion is stagger the check ins and checkouts. It was hard to get luggage racks and elevators. We waited 25 minutes on the 5th floor for an elevator on check out day. We waited in line on check in for 5 families to use the elevator before us. The elevator was working but it was always full Other than that it was perfect!

We have stayed at Ram Sea condominiums in N.Reddington Beach, FLA for 1 week annually for several years. It is in a great location, right on the shore. We have stayed in several different units and have loved them all. The management are all kind and helpful and the renting process is very easy and organized.

It was such a great week! The only thing is the sheets were really old and rough. Had the worn out balls all over and was very uncomfortable. Also was outdated.

The view was spectacular. The unit was exactly as described on the website. Perfect location for a beautiful, relaxing vacation. The on site management team was great. The dishwasher broke; they had it replaced quickly. The only issue was the pool was unavailable for 2.5 weeks due to some unforeseen building maintenance. Management gave us updates regularly and gave us a 20% credit for everyday the pool was unavailable.

This rental was beautiful and very budget friendly. I have stayed in different condos at Ram Sea and this one was one of the nicest. The kitchen and bathrooms remodel are gorgeous and the cabinets a great use of space. I would definitely stay here again. We checked in after hours and the process was easy, thanks to detailed instructions for getting our keys.

This condo was considered gold but it haven't seem like an upgrade from the silver condos I usually rent there.

Great location, great parking, hot tub and pool great size and roomy although cooler water temps than previous years! I was surprised my unit was not as clean as other years (we had to mop all floors 1st day - super dirty), seemed to be spot cleaned. Glad my kids are older now. Beds were very hard, highly recommend owners spending a few hundred dollars on affordable pillow toppers! Other than that, my family had a wonderful vacation :)

The condo was fantastic...the living room furniture definitely could use an upgrade, leather is good since we had children but the electric reclining loveseat was disconnected. The recliners on the couch were extremely hard to close. The master bed seemed a bit dated as well, would have liked a better quality pillow top mattress. The price for the condo was excellent! The location was above amazing, will definitely stay here again....loved it!!!

My husband and I have been coming to RamSea for 5 years but this was our first visit to this condo. By far the best condo we've seen. Clean, comfortable, wonderful view from the 5th floor. All good. My daughter and grandchildren were in another condo at RamSea and we had plenty of room for dinner at our place.

My family and I have been staying at Ram Sea annually for winter/spring vacation for the better part of two decades now. Unit 511 is the absolute nicest condo we've stayed in at Ram Sea. The description of the condo online is very accurate - bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms all have updated and upgraded features. Great view from the balcony, which is connected to both the family room and master bedroom. Staff at Ram Sea were all professional and courteous as always. We had a great vacation!!
