Ram Sea 507

During my recent vacation, we had the opportunity to stay in Ram Sea 507 that truly enhanced my travel experience. Ram Sea 507 condo was ideally situated, offering easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Whether we wanted to explore the area or relax by the beach, everything was conveniently close. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, which made evening strolls enjoyable and stress-free.One of the highlights of the condo was its wide range of amenities. The unit included a fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances, reliable Wi-Fi, a spacious living area, and a balcony with a beautiful view. The building itself has been fully updated from the hurricane Helene devastation and featured a newly renovated swimming pool and hot tub area, along with secure parking, all of which contributed to a comfortable and convenient stay.Cleanliness was clearly a top priority for J.C. Resorts. The condo was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens and towels neatly arranged. The bed was comfortable, and the overall decor was modern yet cozy, making it easy to feel at home. The outside area is well taken care of by the property management, and we found everything to be in working order. J.C. Resorts have done a great job on this property! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The property manager was responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions I had before and during my stay. Their friendly approach made the experience even more welcoming.We highly recommend Ram Sea 507 condo to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and well-maintained place to stay during their vacation. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would not hesitate to book it again for future trips.

We stayed in 507 once again this year for a month, the condo is comfortable and spacious and clean. Many thanks to Pam and all of the staff, nothing is too much trouble they made our stay very enjoyable.

Had a great stay at the Ram Sea, as always the condo was clean and the manager and staff were fantastic. Following our stay we recommended the property to some friends who have since booked two condos for a stay in the fall. Looking forward to our return to 507 in September 25.

Absolutely perfect. We were warned of the construction going on so there were no surprises. The discount did very much help with the inconvenience. Your employees were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with as usual.

We have stayed here for a few years and the rooms are very nice, they're all beachfront and the staff is very nice. The beach does not get too crowded and it's a great place for families. There are lots of great restaurants close by.

Just a short vacation until we return in September for a longer stay but as usual the Condo was lovely and clean and the staff were great and made our stay an absolute pleasure. Special mention to Pam for helping us with our baggage.

I have been staying at the Ram Sea for the past 10 years. It is fun and enjoyable to stay in different condos. Everything is clean and well prepared for my stay. Pam and her management team are helpful and always ready to answer any question I may ask.

The rental unit overall was in great shape. Kitchen and all rooms were clean with updated appliances. The bathrooms were not the best. Master bath had low water pressure and the shower heads were dirty. The second bath the tub was kinda nasty looking. Probably just needs to be scrubbed really good or refinished. Second bathroom toilet kept sticking open when flushed. Other than the bathrooms the unit 507 was very clean and really nice. Had a wonderful stay. Will definitely be coming back.

We have stayed at the Ram Sea year after year and it never disappoints. The units are always clean and well kept. The beach is anweson and never overly busy. We love the area and we will continue to go back.

Our condo was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. Love the location. This is our favorite location: not too bignot to busy, a lot of restaurants to walk to. Personal in office is excellent.Always friendly and ready to help.

Regardin 507, apt is clean and well organized. But:1- there's is no hot water in the bathroom of the room beach side(take more than 5 minutes to have hot water).2- Matress have to be changed in all bed. We didn't slept well and either our daughter and her family.Thank you very much for all the services offered by Pam. A very nice person and so professionnal.Jacques Berube

We stay in this condo every year and it's always a great experience! It's been remodeled and looks beautiful! The large shower for our disabled family member is perfect! The sunsets are awesome! The office staff are very accommodating! The only thing I would request is a full size coffee maker.

I have stayed at Sand Dollar several times, I wanted a 3 bedroom and found this at Ram Sea. We were very pleased. The view from the balcony and the bedroom was great. The place was clean and quiet. Stores and shops were nearby. I will be looking next month to make my reservation for next year and hopefully can stay 2 weeks rather than just one.

First of all I cannot say enough how kind JC Management was to let us push our March 2020 stay not once but twice for covid and family reasons. This was beyond expectation and very much appreciated. The unit we stayed in was great and had everything a family of 5 would need for a week long vacation. We love the area and have been coming for many years but Ram Sea is the best condo we have stayed in yet. Would highly recommend!

We love this unit, and were sad to hear it is not available to us next year! Despite the restrictions of Covid, our stay was comfortable and without incident. Office staff continues to be top-notch and available for any issue - but most impressive, always pleasant and welcoming! After all these years, they're part of the family!

We have stayed in Unit 507 many times and love it! It has everything we need! The master bathroom has a step in shower with multiple shower heads at different heights with easy accessibility for a disabled person. The view from the balcony is amazing! The unit comes with beach items that you can use. One bedroom now has bunkbeds. The property is beautiful and there is now a Dunkin Donuts across the street. We will definitely be back to Unit 507!

Ramses 507 is a beautiful condo but the bed in the master bedroom and the 2 queen beds in the big bedroom are very, very soft . Probably would not rent this unit again because of the beds. Other than the soft beds our stay was a 5 star stay.

We have stayed at Ram Sea for the past 5 yrs. and am going to be back again next year if the good lord is willing. It is a very nice location not terribly busy but with a lot of restaurants and and things to do in the area. The beach is beautiful white sand and always kept clean. The staff in the office are very helpful and friendly, they are always ready to help with any of your concerns. The cleaning staff is number one and very good at keeping things looking good. If there are any problems the guys from maintenance are there to take care of it right away. I would recommend this place to any of my friends.

Condo building is on the older side, but the unit is fairly updated. We only had 6, but the unit easily handles 8 comfortably. Beds were comfortable and all rooms had ceiling fans. Kitchen was fairly outdated, but had everything we needed. Balcony overlooking beach was large and spacious with an amazing sunset view every night. Never used the pool since the beach and Gulf was right there, but we did use the hot tub. Facilities were clean and nicely kept. Front desk had limited hours, but they were very friendly when we interacted with them. Overall, would stay again without question.
