Ram Sea 504

Always a pleasant experience staying at JC Resorts, the Ram Sea is amazing! Best ever! Pam is so accommodating and makes sure you enjoy your stay.

We stayed in unit #504 and enjoyed our stay Immensely. The condo was clean and the space layout was very nice. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. We also liked that the building was secure and we felt safe there and there were many restaurants and things to do in the area within a short amount of distance.

Good stay but would prefer a 3 bedroom the master bed was smaller and in a poor location in my opinion

I love Ram Sea units are spacious and very clean. However 504 needs new beds in bedroom the one queen/double made lots of noise getting in and out of bed and turning over in my sleep. The living couch and love seat are so worn. Board is under cushions in love seat and couch needs support. Otherwise unit was fine was very disappointed about no hot tube the whole 3 weeks but understood that the construction interfered with that. Unfortunately some of the days were very noisy sitting on the balcony or in chairs by pool area

Check in was easy. The staff was friendly and efficient. The unit was clean and the and had most kitchen items. The property was well maintained.

It's Always fun being with fam & friends. stayed in same room for the 3rd time (504)- will change next time. Room by the door was always warmer than the rest of the condo- No upgrades like other condos. Furniture VERY uncomfortable.

Experience overall was good. We have been staying at the Ram Sea for almost 20 years now. The only bad experience we had was with Marilyn at the front desk. We were locked out of our room for an entire night. No fault of ours. They called a locksmith from Tampa to fix our lock. They put us up in another room without any of our belongings at 1am. We were able to get in our room the next day. Pam is the best to work with. I would not recommend dealing with Marilyn at all.

Ram Sea was not our original reservation for our first visit to N. Redington Beach. Our original booking was for a building a few doors down but the A/C unit went out before our arrival on Saturday. The new unit would not be able to be installed until Monday. JC Resort Management (Pam) called with the information and assured us they had a room just as we booked, 2 bed 2 bath oceanfront, only three buildings down. We weren't lied to. While in the water on Monday we saw a crane delivering the A/C unit to the building we had planned to stay in. They went out of their way to make sure we were fine with the change and it was ok to stay all week in the new room. Our new room was a little larger and much nicer than the original room we booked.Ram Sea 504 is in a perfect location and it is not possible to have a better view from the living room and kitchen areas. The entire unit, including bathrooms and the washer/dryer area was very spacious. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Everything is up to date with beautiful granite. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bath towels are provided as well. There were two beach chairs left along with a few floats to use in the ocean.Mid-week the handle on the toilet broke. On our way out to the beach we informed the front desk and when we returned for lunch it had already been replaced. St. Pete, Clearwater, and Treasure Island are only a few minutes drive if interested in going. Busch Gardens is about a 45 minute drive. This property was clean, inside and out. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately. We will definitely return to Ram Sea and use directly a JC Resort Management property in the future. If you want that view of turquoise water as you cook breakfast then this unit is for you. We had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend Ram Sea 504 and JC Resort Management to anyone in the future!

We were very pleased with our stay! Nice updates throughout. The property was clean and spacious. Very family friendly! Nice having staff on-site in case of problems. Beautiful view and just a few steps to beach--easy to go back and forth during the day. Loved it!

We have stayed on this property 2 different times, had no complaints either time. I like the ideal the pool and hot tub are open till 11 pm. We rented umbrellas at the beach which was it handy and relaxing.

Great beach location, not as crowded as Clearwater. Close to grocery stores and pharmacies by car. Only negative is limited dining options within walking distance. Other than that it was an ideal spot.

I ALWAYS have a GREAT time at Ram Sea. The ladies who run your office there are FABULOUS! They ALL Always make my vacation exceptional!

We had a lovely week in North Redington Beach. The overall stay was relaxing. The property is clean and easy to navigate. The amenities in the condo suited our needs and I appreciated the use of the washer/dryer, sand and water items, and gas grills by the pool. We appreciated the morning coffee on the balcony the best while our kids made their way to the beach, water, and hot tub. The only immediate update in the condo would be the main bedroom's mattress - it wasn't comfortable and the foam added under the pad is no longer helping. The other two beds were great. The resort management including house keeping and facilitates were incredible - timely responses, kind, and helpful. I look forward to returning to this property!

I have been staying at the Ram Sea for at least 6 years. My visits are 3 times each year. Feeling so grateful to be able to stay in such a lovely well maintained and safe place for my two or three week vacations. Pam is always extremely welcoming and eager to make my stay as perfect as possible. Mike is always helpful when it comes to any maintenance question that I deal with during my stay. What a treasure the Ram Sea has become for me.
