Just come back from unit #502 after a two week stay, we have stayed here before and again the unit was spotlessly clean with everything you would need supplied for your stay, the office staff and everyone of the maintenance team greet you with a smile and hello and nothing is to much trouble for them, we had an issue with the tv one day and it was fixed within the hour. Fantastic location on the beach and free parking. Lots of food options close by, the only negative and it's not really major issue but as others have said the balcony furniture in the unit is in need of an upgrade as we think it's way past its bestOverall fantastic stay and we would recommend the Ram Sea and we will be booking again for our vacation next year

Unit 502 has a fantastic view of the Gulf and Beach! The accommodation was functional although somewhat dated. We would rent this unit again hoping it was updated. Overall, a great stay at JC Resorts!

Loved everything about the condo. Balcony view was fabulous. Kitchen & adjoins living area spacious and up to date appliances. One BR is large enough for even a family as it has two queen beds.

We had an amazing spring break. We had 4 people and it was very spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay at the Ram Sea again.

Excellent, as usual. But pricier! Please accept my apologies for leaving many grocery bags under the sink - we both forgot to take them to recycle!

Almost everything was good with the unit we rented. The major complaint would be the dated, stained carpet.The ocean view from the balcony was great!

We have stayed at this location several times now. The onsite rental office are great. Great friendly people. On line booking is straightforward. Right on the beach overlooking the gulf and nice sunsets. Is a quieter less crowded location. The beach is nice. Restaurants within walking distance. Hotel with Tiki bar next door.Condos are nice, full kitchen a home from home. A great escape from a Canadian snowy winter.We shall return.

Our stay was good. the condo, 502, was perfect size for just the 2 of us. great view from the balcony. the building was under some renovations, so work was being done during our stay. Also, the elevator was broken during our stay, so we got our workout everyday climbing stairs to the 5th floor (They did offer to move us to a lower floor condo but we like being on the top floor) the pool was open but the jacuzzi was closed due to the renovations. Everyone, including the construction workers were nice and very professional. this is our 4th stay at Ramsea and we would recommend this resort anytime.

I have been coming to RamSea for 38 years, and that condo was exact replica from circa 1980 with the exception of the granite counters. The pictures on the walls are faded and yellow, and eventhough the carpet was clean, it was old. Everything was old. The cupboards weren't at all cooking friendly in my opinion, and everything was a bit below par compared to the many other units I have stayed in. Other than that, it was clean, and the view was the best. I truly love the resort, and will continue visiting

We stayed in unit #502 fro 1 week from 04/29/23, the check in was excellent with all relevant information given. Once we entered the unit we saw that it was spotlessly clean and better than it looked in the photos. The view from the balcony is amazing and the amenities in the unit are everything you would need for a fantastic vacation. The resort itself has plent of loungers aero ind both the main pool and the hot tub and the grounds of the property are also very clean.all staff we encountered were cheerful and helpful whenever we had a question, we hope to go back next year to the same apartment and would thoroughly recommend staying here and using resort rentals.

Overall very pleasant, in the 3rd week of our rental, the next door neighbor had 3 very active children. Noise at times was troublesome. The sound from Items falling or dropping to a non carpet surface was very alarming.

Beachfront and with nice view & sunsets.Clean beach and can take nice walks. Restrants nearby and a tiki bar next door at the Hotel.Plenty of parking. Nice full kitchen. Condo in good condition. On site friendly management.Hotel next door has a good restarant and there are others within walking distance. Win Dixi is a sort drive away. We have stayed at this property before and would come back.Is more a quiet family area

The unit was perfect. Staying at the Ram Sea is a pleasure. Laundry facilities and full kitchen provide the guest with all the conveniences as home. And the view is amazing. We loved cooking our own breakfast and eating on the balcony as the sun makes its' way over the gulf. You never want to leave. Halfway through our stay I booked another room four months ahead. We can't wait to return.

We have stayed here at least 5 times and for us it's like coming home. Our rental unit is quiet as it's on the top floor and has amazing views of the beach. My only comment this trip was that I think it's time to upgrade the mattress in the bedroom as it's not overly comfortable. They have updated some of the furnishings in the living room which makes it more homey. It's the best place for a recharge and the sunsets and beach are amazing.

We all always loving stay at JCResors especially Ram Sea. We stayed for 3 weeks. The staff, especially Pam, are great. Always wiling to help and jut say hello. We stayed in two units this year. The 1st one, the 1 bedroom was ok but needed updates and better kitchen equipment. The 3 bedroom we stayed was the best we have stayed in yet. Very well done and outfitted to fit our family of 5. Hot Tub and Pool are great.

This condo was exactly as described. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. And, what an amazing view! We will be back again!

Our experience was exceptional. Amazing COVID protectionprocedures in place. Office staff handling all our dealing with them in a magnificent way. Such charming staff. Minor problem with dishwasher was handled expediently. In fact went well beyond in customer service with our minor dish washer situation seeking our assurance for how they would address it.

Our rental was what we expected based on the pictures. The condo was nice. The view-wonderful! We found the complex to be very well maintained with friendly staff in the lobby. My only complaint would be that we were there with a large group that enjoyed large amounts of day drinking. That coupled with the pool being shared by two buildings and red tide meant the pool was VERY crowded from around noon to midnight. We also found the unit to be mostly clean, but there were dust and crumbs on lots of the surfaces. I went over it and cleaned it myself. The kitchen was very nice.

Overall our stay was satisfactory. Everything about the resort was extremely clean. Pride in the upkeep of the beach. Our unit was not very well equipped, for example only two teaspoons. The mattress was poor. I question the gold rating for the unit.
