Ram Sea 403

The condo was clean, in need of some updating, but comfortable and fit our needs. We had a minor maintenance issue our first night and it was taken care first thing the next morning. The view is stunning and just what we were hoping for. I didn’t use the pool or the hot tub so I can’t attest to their condition. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and shops. Trolley stop is right out front as well.

We have been staying at The Ram Sea for 21+ years and absolutely love the complex, grounds and beach area. It is clean, newly refreshed and very peaceful. I would absolutely recommend staying at the Ram Sea. We were a bit disappointed in room 403 in that it hasn't been upgraded much. The room had to be recleaned (by us) when we arrived the bedroom furniture, the bathroom cabinets and kitchen were old and worn. The tubs and tile grout were either dirty/stained. Our A/C quit working on the second day but the maintenance staff responded extremely quickly upon notification and had it running within the day we reported it. We rated certain areas below 4 stars due to the inside of the condos lack of upgrades & cleanliness but the overall grounds of the property were 5 stars. As always the office staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and pleasant to deal with for check in/maintenance issues and check out!

This is the first time we have stayed in Ram Sea 403. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms could use some updating but all in all if I needed a 3 bedroom I would rent this one again. Theirs lots of construction going on outside and we were informed ahead of time. The people working in the office are always kind.

Unit 403 was clean and in very good shape. Especially enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and access to the beach. The staff at this location are very accommodating and the services offered met our expectations. Many fine restaurants in the area added to a very relaxing vacation.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. Our condo could use some upgrades but was a very comfortable place. The grounds were kept up very nicely. The only negative was there was a very large group of people from Indiana who were very loud and rude and they were right next to us. Other than that, the stay was very very nice.

Rented a condo at Ram Sea through JC Resorts and had an amazing week at the beach. The unit was clean and well stocked with household items you would need for daily use. We were on the fourth floor and had fantastic views of the gulf, the grand kids loved the "cold pool" and the "hot pool", lots of families with kids as a bonus for play friends. Looking forward to another visit!
