Ram Sea 311

Excellent condo, very modern and well kept...probably the nicest one we've stayed in, in some 20 years going to that area. Staff is always great and so helpful. All facilities have been redone since the hurricane and are well done.

The condo was very clean and updated. The view was fantastic. Beautiful sunsets along with dolphins and even manatee sightings outside our window. Really enjoyed our stay the staff was very pleasant.

First off I need to thank Pam for best customer service anyone could ask for. .. she wants to make your vacation the best it can possible be . The room was perfect. There was nothing we needed in regards to kitchen stuff . There was lots of storage for our clothes and whatever we brought for our two week stay . We absolutely love it there and wouldn't go anywhere else

This was our 10th year staying at Ram Sea and it was another wonderful vacation! From the condo to the amazing weather and beautiful beach it never disappoints!! The staff is great and a huge shout out to Pam who is always there to help with all of our needs. She's the Best!! Looking forward to our next booked vacation at Ram Sea.

We enjoyed our 2 weeks here. Only issue was the washing machine had a couple of problems and the drier was very slow.

Property check in was very smooth. The jacuzzi in Ram Sea I was not functioning, which was a downside. Pool and surrounding area was nice. Regarding Ram Sea II, 311, the rental was underwhelming. The floors were very dirty and grimy, the carpets were dirty, the non-main bathrooms needed updating. The rug was a trip hazard, so we had them remove that. The dishwasher front panel was falling off. Have stayed at Ram Sea several times and usually had good luck with the rentals, just this unit was pretty dirty.

Overall, we liked it. There were some things that should be attended to. Various outlets did not work. The carpeting was very dirty and really was a distraction. The back double bed came apart mid stay and was put back together. Should be replaced. The master shower has mold and rust that could be cleaned up. Mostly cosmetic, but it's a beautiful condo. .

The location of the property was perfect! Beautiful ocean views! There were lots of things to do; dining, shopping. We really enjoyed our stay! Can't wait to come back!

First let me say that the Ram Sea staff (ALL of them, but particularly Pam who I've dealt with frequently over the years) are absolutely FANTASTIC. Helpful, caring and concerned. We've been coming to the Ram Sea for 17 years and have always enjoyed ourselves. Everything is spectacular, including location, proximity to restaurants, John's Pass and so much more. We had one instance of guests in 411 (above our room) being loud, obnoxious and disrespectful. I'm told it was the condo owners who were there, but it was obviously the owner's son(s) and MANY young friends. They didn't typically start making noise till after 11:00PM and there were hoots and hollers, f-bombs, loud arguments, dragging stuff across the floors on the inside and the outside balcony of the condo. My wife wanted me to call the police a couple of the nights, but I resisted. That was the first time we've really had any issue, but it did not take away from our love of visiting here each year (sometimes twice)! Long story short, we always enjoy staying at the Ram Sea and even get homesick for it when we're locked in Buffalo during the Fall and long winters here.

My family and I loved our condo and location. The beach is so clean and the sand is like powder. We have never been to Redington Beach and we absolutely loved it. The complex was kept very clean and we always felt safe. Our unit was so nice and had most everything we needed. It was one of the best locations we have ever stayed. So much to see and do and not crowded at all. You do need to purchase a lot of necessities like paper towels, salt, pepper, beach towels, coffee filters, etc. It would be helpful if they complex had a list of items you needed to bring or purchase.

Stayed 1 week and the nicely updated condo was perfect for our 6 person family. We did have an issue with a very dirty HVAC filter which caused the system to stop working, but the after hours service helped us get it running right away. Very clean condo and building with all the basic items we needed to cook. We will be back to Ram Sea again!

You can't beat the location of this property! Right on the beach and convenient to many good restaurants. Plenty of towels for all to use. Our rental had a completely furnished kitchen, washer & dryer, and beach chairs & umbrella, just about everything we needed. The only disappointment was the lack of some basic kitchen staples (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oil, coffee, spices, aluminum foil) that we usually find when we rent a VRBO. This makes cooking an expensive ordeal.

My family and I rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium at the Ram Seas. We have been coming here on and off for extended family vacations for over 20 years. The condominiums are close to restaurants and shops. We love the bedroom accommodations. We have a large family so we take turns cooking therefore we appreciate that the kitchens are always well stocked with kitchen supplies and appliances. Our favorite part of the condominiumis the view of the sea from the balcony.

Picture perfect view from balcony. Loved walking out onto the beach. Very clean unit with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious. It was centrally located near great restaurants. One thing, we did put up a blanket on the windows of the master bedroom. The light from the pool was bright for sleeping. But I would highly recommend this unit.

We have been coming to the Ram Sea for 28 years. We love it here. It kind of feels like our home away from home. Room 311 was very nice with several updates. We enjoyed our stay once again. Our week goes way too fast!

Our condo was beautiful inside and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only disappointment we had with this unit were the kitchen products. It was nearly impossible to do any cooking. There were only 2 small frying pans that were not in good condition. the non-stick coating was all scratched and coming off. The was only one steak knife,& one cutting knife which the handle was broken. While I don't expect a supply of gourmet kitchen products, I would expect a better variety and supply. The Office staff are always friendly and helpful.

This has heavy sharp cornered furniture, dangerous for small children. Dishes pots pans worn out look like bad thrift shop. Only. One scratched up fry pan. Ceiling fans floors bathrooms need to be cleaned again. Sheet on bed low quality bathroom not enough hanging fixtures for towels bathing suits etc...

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AND EXPERIENCE! THE LOCATION OF RAM SEA 1 AND 2 WAS PERFECT FOR US. THE CONDO WAS STUNNING AND EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE! WE WILLL BE BACK NEXT YEAR! ADDED BONUS.....WE SAW THE DOLPHINS AND SOME STINGRAYS AND THE WEATHER WAS PERFECT!!
