Ram Sea 303

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Great sunset views from the balcony. The only issues were with the primary bed and the dryer. The bed had such a deep dip that you actually sank into it, so it definitely needs to be replaced. The dryer also took an unusually long time to dry clothes.Other than those two things, everything else was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Unit 303 was a very comfortable and clean unit. All the beds were comfortable to sleep in, the pillows were not though. Need a few pillows with some firmness. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The refrigerator was big enough for our family of 5. The location on the beach was perfect. There is a trolley stop right next door in front of the Double tree and across the street. The complex is in walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. Management was very accommodating during our stay- the a/c stopped working in our 1st unit along with the toilet not flushing. Both were repaired in a timely manner. However, they let us relocate to 303 as the a/c would not be able to be fixed until the next day. Management was vey helpful with all of our needs. The only drawback was at the time of our visit they were still working on the pool, hot tub and deck area which was a lot of construction noise. Other than that our stay was fabulous and we would definitely stay here again

I am grateful for the management of the Ram Sea for going out of their way to accommodate myself and family with an upgraded room to better fit our needs. The Ram Sea Can't control the hurricane damage, but they do have a say in who works for them...and that staff is awesome!!!

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying in the Ram Sea 1 condo building. The management office was very helpful when we were delayed arriving before the office closed. The location allowed us to walk to some of the other local businesses. The condo was a good size for our family of 7. This was our second vacation staying at Ram Sea 1.

As always this was a very nice get away to the beach. The accommodations are clean well furnished and comfortable. I chose Ram Sea because of the gulf view and the slower paces than some other Florida beaches. Shopping is nearby when needed. The staff here is friendly and always ready to help. When we come here we know what to expect.

The amazing location on the beach is the main reason we are repeat visitors to this condo! The vibe here is family oriented and peaceful, and the property has all the amenities you could hope for in a vacation rental; beachside, pool, lovely outdoor common areas, gas bbq's, linen laundry service. The condo itself has always been beautifully maintained and furnished; we noticed it had received a refresh since last year with even more upgrades. Having access to an in condo laundry room is an added benefit. It's the perfect spot to unwind and relax!

This was our third year staying in condo 303 and once again it was an absolute pleasure! The location could not be better; wonderful restaurants, grocery and liquor stores, mini golf, bird sanctuary, parks and other coastal treasures are easily accessible, yet right on the beach with a lovely balcony view of the Gulf, the sound of the waves gently lapping, and the spectacular sunsets each evening. The endless beaches are clean, powder soft and provide hours of walking, play or just relaxing in a cabana.This place feels like home away from home!

Accommodations were clean. Location was great. Staff was great. Now for the challenges. For a Gold level accommodation, I expected better in these areas: 1. Kitchen - the dishwasher is ancient and has broken/rusty dish racks. At least replace the racks. The provided pans were bad. I'd keep one of the non-stick pans and throw out the others. They were damaged by previous tenants using sharp cutting instruments in them. Useless. Lack of any cleaning supplies or products for the dishes. One old and dirty dish scrubber - throw it out. We bought all new stuff and took it with us. Remember, this is Gold level at JC Resorts. 2. In a 3 bedroom unit, the main shower was great but the guest bath tub surface was old and nasty looking. Maybe use Soft Scrub with bleach or reglaze/replace it? 3. A/C broke down at 11:30pm one night. Fixed early next day but only required easy maintenance of cleaning drain tube with shop vac. Why not do this proactively on a schedule? Why wait for break downs and complaints from paying customers to take action? 4. Why use gate codes when it seems every local person knows them too? One young local man brought two different dates to use the hot tub during our stay. 5. No night-time security keeping the partiers in the hot tub quiet. They regularly ignored the curfew time as well and stayed up and loud until midnight and later. Thanks for the vent.

We loved our stay at Ram Sea 303. The unit is very nice with large bedrooms, a nice kitchen, clean bathrooms with a glsss shower in the master. The balcony overlooks the ocean and beach. Our 3 daughters and grandchildren each visited for a week and loved swimming in the ocean and pool. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway. We walked the beach every morning and played on it all day. Restaurants and shopping are very close

We had a fantastic time at Ram Sea. It is our favorite place to stay when we vacation in Fl. We love the location and all the amenities. We had some issues with the condo but they were quickly addressed and resolved. We will definitely be back!!

I have been vacationing at Ramsea almost since it opened once, twice and even three times a year. Love everything about the area (restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc), love the building facility (staff extraordinary, pool, hot tub and grounds all extremely well kept). Not pleased however with current suite ranking system. I think the range in GOLD suite ranking is too great and many in silver category should be bronze status. Time to rerank based on current suite quality and not what it once was. I'll return regardless, but don't wish to pay for GOLDS or event SILVERS that simply aren't.

We rented 303 at Ram Sea for the month of March. The unit is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We loved the condo. Nice kitchen with granite countertops and lots of plates, glasses and utensils. The living room had comfortable leather furniture and a great TV with Netflix, Prime and Disney included.....great for the grandchildren. The balcony seemed deeper than others and was great for eating outdoors. Great beach and sunset watching. Our 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren came to visit at different times. They all loved the beach and pool. The hot tub was a big hit. The washrooms were nice and our glass walk in shower in the master bedroom suite was amazing. I would recommend this condo to anyone with a family. The staff at JC Resorts is the best

We have been coming to Ram-Sea for four years now and have enjoyed the property. Our unit was rated Silver but needs some updating to keep that rating. We loved the balcony furniture. The unit is decorated nicely. However the dishwasher was terribly loud and needs to be replaced. The kitchen appliances seem older. On the last day our shower handle wouldn't turn so couldn't use it. Only one potholder and no measuring spoons so I had to buy them. Kitchen was not as well equipped as some of the Gold units we have stayed at in the past. Pam and her staff are wonderful and do a great job. We appreciate all of their hard work. Looking forward to next year in a different unit.
