Ram Sea 213

This was our second time in this condo and we have really enjoyed both stays. The condo is in a very convenient location and the ocean view from 11th floor Lanai is spectacular. JC Resorts was great to deal with and promptly addressed a couple of small maintenance items. The only issue during our last stay was that only one of the 2 elevators was in service (I'm assuming this has been the case since reopening from the hurricane) so if it goes out you'd be walking up and down 11 flights of stairs.

This unit is beautiful, as advertised. High top chairs on the balcony overlooking the water are great for watching dolphins for breakfast or sunsets after a relaxing beach day. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Pool and hot tub are fully functional once again. On-site management does a terrific job taking care of visitors' needs. We love coming back to Ram Sea 213. It's like a dream! Can't wait to come back.

A little disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available, but the ocean became our new playground. We enjoyed every minute of our time together.Staff as always were very friendly and helpful.

Our two weeks at Ram Sea was great. The condo was very nice and JC Resorts staff was excellent. Pam and her staff were very helpful and nice. It was unfortunate that the pool and hot tub were still under construction. However the beach, condo and location was perfect. We are going back next year!

We have been JC Resorts clients for many years. This year, Nila, Pam and their team found us a gorgeous condo for my wife's 60th birthday. She had one of those "Take Your Breath Away" gasps when she opened the door and explored the condo. It was gorgeous on the inside and the views of the gulf and even street side were unparalleled. The building was in a perfect location to easily access going into St. Petersburg proper or even going up and down the coast. JC Resorts manages the condo in that property but not the building and there were significant elevator issues that the Ocean Sands Property board of directors must deal with in regards to the malfunctioning of the elevators. That said, we had a wonderful time staying in a condo that was more just a home away from home! It was a paradise condo!!! Thanks Nila and Pam!!!!Dave & Kelly

Lovely condo well equipped. Good location for walking to shops and restaurants. Beach is lovely but close to public beach access so can get busy and a bit noisy. Pool is shared by two blocks of condos so can also be busy. One lift out of order for a week but not too much inconvenience. You need to confirm the allocated parking space ideally when collecting keys as we didn't know where to park till the office there was open two days later and is a tow away car park. Was ok though and didn't get towed. Would book again.

We rented here for a week and had an amazing vacation. There are cabanas for rent right in front (from a vendor) that gave us needed shade and comfort. The condo and all the facilities were clean and well taken care of. There are businesses within walking distnace for dining. I highly recommend staying here.

Since 2016 we have had the luxury of coming on a family vacation with our children and grandchildren. The excitement mounts starting at Christmas as we count down the weeks until we come to RamSea.This year was no exception to the fun and excitement that comes with staying here. From beach walks to sunsets, sand sculptures being built, endless swimming in both the ocean and the pool, we had a great time.Until next year!

We liked the location, but felt that it didn't rate a Gold standing. It needed updates in the second bedroom and the tv's. The hot tub wasn't working. The management was very helpful also the maintenance people were very nice.

This was the second year for our family vacation at the Ram Sea. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, ocean, hot tub, and all the surroundings. Can't wait for next year. We have already booked.

This was our first visit to Madeira Beach and we really enjoyed the trip. The condo is in a great location and the view from the lanai was spectacular. The condo is spaciopus, well stocked and decorated and the furniture is all in good shape. We would definately reccomend and return.

This condo is a treasure. Wonderful balcony with incredible views. Convenient to grocery and drug store and restaurants that are all just across the street. 2 miles from John's pass for shopping and restaurants. Comfortable furniture and kitchen stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. Quick response to maintenance need that arose. The area was not really crowded as far as traffic. The public beach nextdoor was good for people watching. Wish I could go back soon but the calendar is full for a while. I highly recommended.

We come to Redington Beach every year and every year we are never disappointed! This was our first year staying at the Ram Sea and were impressed and relaxed. This one was of the first years we spent more time in our room than usual because of the wonderful room and amenities. The condo was tastefully decorated, clean and felt as if we were staying at an old friends house. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and week at the beach.

From the 11th floor end unit, we had views on 3 sides. The unit is very well appointed and stocked. The pool and beach are very nice. The downside is that the hot tub was down the two weeks we were there.

Rented this unit for a week for my bachelorette trip and no complaints! The view is beautiful, the condo itself is beautiful and comfortable! Couldn't of asked for a better place to spend the week!

Great location and staff, always a pleasure, but room a little disappointing this time, for the first time ever. Room rated as Gold, but far from. Floors and counters covered with sand and dirt. Had to sweep and mop ourselves. Master bedroom mattress was horrible. Well worn. Air conditioning broke down three times. Fridge twice and dishwasher as well. Appliances very old. Staff were amazing and responsive. Don't blame them. We have stayed here 9 times and love location and staff and people. Would never rent this unit again though. Would highly recommend building but not this unit.

This is my second time at Ram Sea and the overall experience was superb. The apartment was clean and comfortable. with wonderful views of the beach, I am already planning on making my next booking for October. If I had to make one minor complaint it is that the WiFi in this unit sucked big time, across multiple different devices and platforms the only place where signal was acceptable was in the living area. As soon as you went into the bedrooms particularly the two back bedrooms reception was minimal at best, outside of that which is really minor, I would heartly recommend Ram Sea and this apartment in particular, waking up to the sound of the waves lapping the shore is the best thing in the world.

Our vacation was amazing..location and condo unit is beautiful..love the decor..one comment is floora were dirty and counters could hve been wiped more carefully socks black from floors...also for your information...dryer has lint below thw lint holder which can cause dryer not to work...not able to vacuum out as vacuum attachment not thin enough to get down there, sliding screen door in master bedroom is a little off the rail...sticks...also sign came on for oven ..cant recall what it said but oven slow to heat up....overall loved this unit ..very relaxing and hope to be back

A wonderful location for our 1st family reunion. Due to no fault of theirs, the elevator and pool were out of order so that was a bit of an inconvenience but the effort to accommodate us with a neighboring pool made it perfect. The tiki bar was an added bonus! Looking forward to next year!!!!

Our vacation at Ocean Sands in Madeira Beach, unit 1108 was perfect in every way. This condo has a great view, lovely newer decor and includes anything you might need during your stay. The abundance of closet space and hangers was a definite plus.

My condo was very nice , nice furnishings, comfortable beds , great view. We had one slow flushing toilet and some cutlery that wasn't too sharp , but other than that , the place was nice! My only other comment was that we could have used 3 parking spots , as we had 3 families staying most of the time . Finding street parking wasn't always convenient.

We loved our stay in Ocean Sands unit 1108. The unit is beautifully furnished, well appointed with fantastic views as an end unit and very clean! Also loved Ocean Sands. Great location! Loved the pool and hot tub area. It's next to the town beach but not busy. And the people we ran into were all very nice. We would highly recommend this property!

The unit was clean, nicely decorated and uncluttered.we did have some water pressure issues in the showers. The view was perfect of the Gulf and beach. The location made it very easy to get places although traffic was heavy. The swimming pool at the complex was not user friendly. The chairs were immovable, so gathering together was impossible. There were no tables with umbrellas. The rest of the amenities were very accessible and well kept.

Wonderful location. Condo itself was very nice and had a lot of room. Walking distance to restaurants. Has working elevator and luggage/shopping cart for ease of loading and unloading vehicle. Easy parking.

Right on the beachfront with a beautiful, relaxing view of the water. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy sunsets and see the dolphins swim by! Condo is clean with big kitchen and dining area. Plenty of sleeping space! Living area is cozy with reclining couch seats! Loved having a washer and dryer to wash beach towels and some clothes before returning home!

We were overall pleased with our entire stay. The location of the condo was in a good area and close to the grocery store and restaurants. The beach was pristine with crews smoothing sand and emptying garbage multiple times a week. It was nice to have 2 parking spaces available, as we have stayed places with only 1 parking space which made entertaining guests difficult. Maintenance staff on site each morning to clean and treat pool and surrounding areas. Beach loungers/umbrellas available for rent. We liked our unit (213). Easy to walk up stairs and elevator was close and of good speed. No real issues with wait times, even on check in/out day! We felt the kitchen items were a little lacking in our unit. Items were thrown about in cabinets without any real organization so it wasn't easy to find what you needed. Stovetop light hot cooktopalways on, making us question if something was left on. We had to buy lightbulbs as 2 of lights in main tv area we're out/missing. Batteries in tv remote dead - switched with bedroom remote. Main bathroom in master did not have the insert for toilet paper roll to hang on. We needed to move the beds closer for our youngest son and dust balls/candy wrappers found under beds. Overall we were pleased with the stay and property. The items listed above are small when compared to a great vacation spent; however, when you're away from home and coming into a condo, you have certain expectations about what's waiting for you. All things could have been resolved with front office, I'm sure but they add up in the end. We recommend this property and will stay again!

What a vacation!! Can't wait to come back. Unit 213 was beautifully decorated, with a very beachy feel. In unit laundry kept travel luggage to a minimum. Rental management addressed all of our inquiries and were very helpful. Located between Clearwater and Treasure Island, there are so many things to see and do close by. Convenient gas grills for "dining in" too. If your goal is to kick back and relax, this is the place to be.

Overall, our trip was incredible. JC staff were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or requests. Our unit was very clean with a perfect view of the beach. The decor was lovely. The kitchen was a bit lacking in wine glasses, cups and decent pots and pans. We definitely hope to be back!

This is our 2nd stay here, can't get enough! The balcony view and amenities are fantastic. Clean white powder beach is one of the finest. Sunsets are incredible! New sectional is extremely comfortable after a day in the sun. High top bistro tables and chairs on balcony allow for viewing above the railings. Unit was clean from top to bottom. Grocery store and John's Pass close by. Would highly recommend this unit to friends and family.

We had a fantastic time. 8 girls with plenty of room. Best girls trip ever. Very handy to have laundry room in the unit. Grocery store close as well as restaurants and a liquor store. They had everything we needed. Looking forward to the next stay.
