Ram Sea 201

Great trip as always. This was our 9th visit. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They want your stay to be wonderful and wanting you to come back.

This was our 11th year staying at Ram Sea and as always it did not disappoint!! This was our first time in unit 201 and it was exactly what we expected!! Beautifully furnished with everything we needed for our 2 week stay! The girls in the office were wonderful and Pam is always so accommodating. Even with the construction going on it never bothered us at all!! Once completed, the repairs from the devastating hurricanes are going to be beautiful. Most of our favourite spots in the area are open and better than ever!! Looking forward to our next stay!!

Had a nice, relaxing time staying at the Ram Sea. We've stayed there for the last few years in different condos in the building and have never had a bad experience. Office staff are the best!

Pam Spring, Christie and Alexis were ALL fantastic. Every time I called, they were polite and professional. I live in Tampa and when we go to the beach - we don't "shop"..We called the RamSea (JC Resorts) and book. LOVE THIS PLACE.. :)

The girls in the office are great, especially Pam who went above and beyond finding us a different rental, due to the one I booked, did not fit our needs. Thanks Pam! To the owners of this property. We would have liked to have had some beach towels and beach chairs provided.. hard to bring them ourselves in our luggage. In addition, a few start up items would have been nice, one pack of washing machine soap, or a small soap to hand wash dishes with. Just a suggestion, otherwise your condo was very nice!

We are long time Ram-Sea guests, and are excited every year to return to our home away from home. We have already booked next year's visit. This is the second time we've stayed in unit 201. We happily noticed a few improvements since last year...the best one being the new mattress in the master bedroom. The only problem we had with the unit this year was the master bedroom toilet. You needed to flush 2-3 times and hold the handle down with every use. Maintenance quickly came to try to help by adjusting the water level, which helped a bit, but didn't fix the problem. Although this was an annoyance, it didn't stop us from having a wonderful week at the beach. I don't like giving a less than perfect review, but feel I must be truthful. As always, the team at Ram-Sea was wonderful.

This was our third time staying at the Ram Sea. The location is exceptional, right on the beach and a quick walk or drive to many amenities and attractions. Our children love being able to move from playing in pool to the beach throughout the day. Our room was beautiful and the views are amazing. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Can't wait the return.

We have been coming to Ram sea for the last 6 years, we already booked next fall's vacation. We stayed in a unit that was recently remodeled, did a great job.With this last stay the exterior of building was being painted and some stucco work. But trades were respectful to the guests especially the painters.We were bummed the Tiki Bar was closed next door, but they also were remodeling. Our trip was great as always. People are always friendly.

We have been going to Ram Sea for many many years, and love it there. This vacation was no different. My only complaint for the entire stay was that the master bed in unit 201 could use a firmer mattress. We definitely will be back. Ram Sea is like coming home to us. As always, thank you to the staff for a job well done.

We have come to Ram Sea the last two years my only complaints are the elevator takes forever and the pool is very overcrowded.

End unit with a great view. Needs a new dryer. Never worked even with the booster. Did not think all the owner signs were needed. Drapery rods not properly installed and will fail soon. Pink areas in bathrooms need to be cleaned with vinegar.

Great beach front location. New door and gate code system was a bit difficult, especially around the pool. Hard for older people. This unit has a washer and dryer, which was the reason we chose it. The mattresses were the only downside. They need replacing, especially in the middle bedroom!

Everything went very well. The management was very helpful when I realized I had reserved the wrong condo. They found us another one that was very nice on the corner. We have stayed at the Ram Sea for many years and love the location and the desk management.

We have been to the Ramsea for quite a number of years but due to Covid and travel restrictions, we hadn't been for a couple years. We were SO happy to finally return. We love staying at the RamSea and won't stay anywhere else. The location, the facilities and the staff are just great. All that we are looking for

We were booked into this condo for 7 days but unfortunately evacuated because of hurricane Ian. We stayed for 2 days and were very happy . The condo was clean and comfortable great view right on the beach the pool area was clean with plenty sun beds. I would like to say The reception staff were excellent especially Pam who kept contact with us during our evacuation and beyond. Check in was easy and welcoming and all the staff friendly. I will definitely be back

Overall, this was a great place to stay. We loved the corner unit with Gulf/beachfront view. The unit was large and had all the accommodations we needed. The only negative we had was the air vent/filter was absolutely disgusting. I cleaned it as best as I could, but my spouse had bad sinus problems every time we got back to the unit.

The view was lovely and exactly what we were looking for and expected. Have been to Ram Sea for many years and love the property. This property needs to have their balcony chairs updated and the washer had mold so just needs cleaned but I didn't think it was my job. We slept in the back bedroom because the master bed was way too soft. We love Ram Sea and will come back but probably not to this condo.

Nice corner unit and great location on beach. Condo was very clean and had nice updated heavy duty appliances. The pool areas were nicely setup and organized. JC Resorts Staff are very responsive and professional.

Love the Ram Sea. We've been staying here for over 15 years. Checkin was a little late this year and the hot tub didn't seem to be working properly. But overall a great stay for a very busy time of year. Thank you!

I started coming to Ramsea 30 years ago and it never disappoints! Can't beat the location and resort is always clean and staff are the best. I now have my three married children bringing their families too.
