Ram Sea 111

Always a pleasure to stay here. The staff, especially Pam, is wonderful. If something is wrong or breaks down, they are on it to make it right. The property itself is always kept in great condition. The condo is a bit dated and in need of some sprucing up. The contracted cleaning company that cleans the condos isn't the best, but as we all know, workers are very hard to find. It's the new norm. Looking forward to staying here on our next beach vacation!!

I absolutely love staying at the Ramsea!! Staff is wonderful, pool area is always clean.However I stayed in room 111, which is my second time. It definitely, needs some changes, updating!! Pillows on the couch are dirty, blankets are worn, laundry room floor needs to be replaced, the kitchen cupboards are a mess, way too many dishes and utensils! When running the washer it smelled like septic. The room was exactly the same as last year... zero changes.

Balcony chairs need to be cleaned. Black mold or dirt was on your hands if you touched the back or underside.We kept getting black feet from the floors.Cleaning could be improved. Carpet holds a lot of dirtCleaning tools should be replaced with quality products when expecting guests to keep the unit clean.

We looked hard for the perfect place to vacation with our 5 adult children and 5 grandchildren ( 5 and under). Ram Sea was absolutely perfect having a warn pool with the beach & water only steps away! Both condos we rented were very well maintained & furnished. For its age, the building was also well maintained. Pam from the front office was outstanding to work with! If you are looking for a place smack dab on the beach you should look no further!

A little disappointed with 111. It was listed as a gold level but didn't seem quite as nice as other gold level condos we've been in. This is the first time I felt like I had to wipe the dinner ware before using. I found a very dirty oven mitt and it made me question how clean the rest of the kitchen was. The kitchen supplies felt like they were leftovers from the owners house. They appeared to use the condo to get rid of old kitchen ware from their house. Nothing in the kitchen matched. The appliances were dated. The shower doors were difficult to open and close. The beds were comfortable. The washer/dryer was great. We've never been dissatisfied at jc resorts. The property looked great. The pool and hot tub were very clean. We plan to return next year but not to 111.

Overall our family had a great stay. The maintenance crew did a great job with a few minor issues we had. The kids loved the beach and the pool. A few things were dated in our condo unit but overall a good experience.

Very nice place, only problem was that in the rear bathroom, water poured from rm 211 when they took showers. The plaster is falling down, was in that condition when we arrived.

This is our 2nd year at Ram Sea. We so much enjoyed our stay once again. Great location, grounds are always clean, love the grills. We don't use the pool much but on windy days it is great to have. Truly enjoyed the hot tub of every evening.Only negative thing I have is room wasn't as clean as usual. Not saying it is was dirty but just a few annoying things. But management did provide us with a broom, and more cleaning supplies. We know to bring most of our own stuff. Management is great to work with, especially Pam.

We always love the Ram Sea. Condos could use some upgrades. Walk in shower vs bath tubs. Newer electronics would be nice as well.
