Nice place to stay for the week and it is right on the beach. It is quiet and close to restaurants and grocery store.

We have been staying at the Ram Sea for over a decade and are never disappointed. Our most recent stay was in April and was just as enjoyable as always. Even with post hurricane construction on the pool deck the staff at JC Resorts did all they could to ensure our every need was met.

Ram Sea 109: Very nice condo, clean, in a great location. Kitchen well-stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils. Liked how both bedrooms had direct access to a bathroom, with one bathroom having a 2nd door to hallway. Although the bathrooms are a little small, some brilliant person installed the sink off-center so at least there is a little counter space for a few toiletries. My only complaint is there were no beach chairs. I mean, I'm renting your beach-front condo; I think beach chairs are an essential! I cannot say enough good things about JC Resort Mgt Company. Every contact with staff was pleasant - they are always friendly and very helpful. They provide generous amount of towels and enough toilet paper and dishwasher soap to last the week (Hey! A little bottle of dish soap would be nice.) In our case this year, with construction that lasted longer than expected, they provided fair compensation for the inconvenience. I quit using VRBO a few years ago and have rented from JC Resort happily the past 3 years.

We love staying at the Ram Sea, and have booked rooms there many times over the last 20 years. Our main complaint is that some units are maintained better than others. On this particular visit, the unit we stayed in was dark, dated, and dingy. Much of the furniture and some of the cabinetry was in rough shape and in need of repair or replacement. The rugs, floors, sinks, and bathroom tile were very dirty and sticky in some places. We spent the first 15 minutes after unpacking cleaning the counters and wiping out the microwave and refrigerator. Later that day, After unpacking and taking off our shoes, I decided to wear clean socks while inside. After about 10 minutes I noticed my socks had become filthy and were starting to stick to the floor (yuck!). We both decided that wearing shoes would be best. We will be back to the Ram Sea but will stay in a nicer, more updated unit next time.

We really enjoyed our rather short sta at Ram Sea unit 109. The location and unit were perfect for our needs. The property management staff were very helpful when called upon. The weather notwithstanding, we had a very favorable experience and would like to return in the near future

I think at some time in the close future this unit would do well having the walls and ceiling painted to update the appearance of the condo.

This isn't the first time we've stayed here and we keep coming back because of how much we love it. The location is top notch, the suite is always well kept and has everything we need. The area around is great with things to do, places to eat and shop.

Ram Sea is always a great place to stay on the beach. Staff is inviting and welcoming when checking in. The property is clean and stocked with amenities at your convenience.

We have been going to this location for several years and keep returning. The location is unbeatable anywhere else. Right on the beach and lots of options for shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.

Great time. Great place. Not sure why prices won't be a bit lower since we receive no housekeeping services unless we do all the work to bring sheets to office and have to make beds our selves.
