Home Away from Home -Ram Sea 107 is a SILVER rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has an ultra-comfortable décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. Balcony has direct view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. 107 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all three bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a full bed in the 3rd bedroom. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Coin-operated washer and dryer on the premises. Maximum occupancy: 8

Check in was convenient. Condo was clean and location was excellent. Shower in en-suite was hard to adjust. Could use new weather seal around entry door as the wind on one day was extremely high and sounded quite loud. We ended up stuffing paper towels around the door to be able to sleep. Overall it was great and we would consider renting again.

The staff and location is great and outdoors is maintained beautifully.Room 107 needs updating and cleaning especially if they do not allow you to use the laundry etc.It is outdated and carpeting and furniture is extremely worn.Pam is wonderful and a true asset to the company and one of the main reasons to come back every year

Unsatisfied with property 107 has carte wall to wall. Dirty . 3rd room had no wardrobe or anything to hang clothes. Owner locked it? We were 5 adults one had to share wardrobe with on other room. Nightmare mattresses in all rooms specially the two queen bedrooms. Nightmare. Please stop renting this unit before they renovate.

Overall the condo was clean and we had a good stay. It was a little outdated. Could use a broom and dustpan. It drove me crazy not being able to sweep the kitchen and bathrooms. I would stay here again.

This will be my fourth time that I stayed at the Ram Sea. The reservation staff were extremely helpful each time, friendly, and the cleanliness and standards of each room was excellent. Any minor maintenance required during my stay was responded to immediately! Beautiful sunsets and great roomy amenities!

We were so pleased with this very nice rental property. Our family had such a great time right on beach, on the balcony, in the hot tub and pool on the premises. Loved it. We definitely would stay again. Close to restaurants and shops also.

I love this place. The apartment was clean, with everything you need to feel like at home. The overall facility is really welcoming. The sunset was beautiful everyday.I will repeat for sure.

It was awesome, I only wish there was a washer and dryer and a vacuum to clean up during the week with all the sand but I would definitely stay again!!

The staff was great and the grounds were very clean but our individual condo unit was very outdated and dirty - disappointed for the amount of $ paid that the unit was not in better condition. Great location
