This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a cozy décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach.104 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include one queen in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Coin operated laundry facilities on premises. Friday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 6

Great Location, we loved the view. Everything we needed in the kitchen, the beach chairs& toys were nice to have.The beds were comfy. The manager & staff were very helpful & nice .We had a Great time.

North Redington Beach and the complex was ideal as to location of restaurants, etc. However, the unit is "dated". needed good cleaning and requires new living room furniture, beds and appliances.The staff of JC Resorts were very professional and courteous and are why we're returning next year other than a different unit.

We love the Ram Sea! It is so close to "Mangos" where the drinks are flowing! Love the sun and fun!

Great vacation. Condo was perfect. Was able to check in early. Condo was extremely comfortable and very clean. Beach area was crowded but had a great time.

Beautiful view wonderful friendly staff. would give a rating of 4.5 overall. if your being nit picky only 2 faults our bed room was by elevator and it was hard to sleep first couple of nights and the mattress could use a pillow top. Everything else was wonderful. Thanks for the wonderful vaacation

The Ram Sea is the perfect place for a relaxed, pristine environment and spectacular beach. The unit was clean, well equipped, comfortable and lacked nothing. The view was exceptional and always entertaining whether enjoying a spectacular sunset or people watching. We have decided to make our weekly stay an annual tradition. Thanks for exceeding our high expectations!

This was our first rental experience and it was great. We were here for one month visiting our Son and Grandkids who live across the street from where we were staying. The management people were so helpful and accommodating. The view that we woke up to every morning was breathtaking. The property was clean and well maintained. Our Son took us to quite a few restaurants as I did no cooking. It was a very relaxing month and are hoping to return again.

We had a great time. We had our grandson with us and he was taking exams in the evening and it was quiet for him and then he would go to the hot tub to relax. The televisions I must say gave us problems. Your gentleman that worked there was great to us. He came in and showed us old ones how to work them. Nice and clean probably could be updated in the future. Wiould love to come again
